    COMMISSION

    The muse will receive a consent approval fee of $500 for rights to paint one image of the muse. After
    the muse has confirmed successful clearance of the check the artist will be paid a fixed 30% referral fee
    afterwards.

    TERM

    The paintings will only be used for the purpose of NFT.

    Upon the end of the term of agreement, this agreement will not be automatically renewed.
