SUBJECT: AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF SOLID WASTE

MANAGEMENT ADVOCACY CAMPAIGN AND BENCHMARKING
TOUR IN PROTECTED AREAS IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS
ORIENTAL AND LGU DUMAGUETE ON OCTOBER 12-14, 2022

In the interest of the service, and in order to sustainably strengthen the continuing
Information, Education and Communication (IEC) advocacy/campaign and the implementation of
the Solid Waste Management, authority is hereby granted in the conduct of Solid Waste
Management Advocacy Campaign and Benchmarking Tour in Protected Areas in the Province of
Negros Oriental and LGU Dumaguete on October 12-14, 2022 with the attendance and
participation of designated information officers and our partner stakeholders:

The Regional Strategic and Initiative Group (RSCIG) in coordination with PENRO Negros Oriental
are tasked to coordinate with various offices/divisions for the smooth conduct of the above-mentioned
activity.

Further, since the COV1D-19 is still present, minimum public health standard set by the IATF for
Emerging Infectious Diseases should be observed at all times.

Travelling expenses shall be charged under each respective offices while the orientation/
tour and other expenses to be incurred shall be chargeable against the allotment of EMB 7-SWM,
subject to the existing budgeting, accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

This Regional Special Order takes effect on the dale as specified.
