February 2014 to May 2015. I am currently staying in Seattle, Washington, USA. The said
clearance is a vital document in facilitating and processing my application for a permanent
resident in Canada.

In addition to this request, this letter will authorize my sister, Joycelyn E. Bumanglag, of legal
age and with address at 19 Kirsch Close Red Deer, Alberta T4P 3M5, Canada, whose specimen
signature appears below to file, process, accept, receive and sign, if there is any on my behalf of
the said clearance.
To verify the authenticity of this letter, I am attaching herewith a photocopy of my old work
permit from the company.
