Good day.

I am a prospective employer from Canada who would like to hire RODOLFO B. ESTABILLO, JR.
as a foreign worker for our company, Dairy Queen in Creston British Columbia, Canada.
We are in the process of applying for his working visa with the company. With regards to the
application for the visa, one of the requirements that the applicant needs to submit is his
authenticated documents issued by your office.

The applicant told me that he tried to apply for an online appointment slot for authentication
in your website but he could not get any slot until the end of this year. With that situation, I
would like to personally appeal to your office for consideration, in his behalf if he could be
given an appointment slot for the authentication of his needed documents the soonest time
possible so we could process his application for the visa as soon as he submits his
authenticated documents to us?
Attached herewith is a copy of his job offer with the company for your perusal.
