Subject: Request to use of School facility

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Laurence Mcquarrie F. Marbella, Co-Chairman of Brigada Sining Project organized by

Philippine High School for the Arts and Municipality of Los Banos. Brigada Sining is a series of
activities designed for Grade 5 and 6 students from different barangays in Los Banos, Laguna. It
aims to raise awareness, knowledge and education about Philippine arts and culture, artistic
expressions and introduction to arts therapy.

I am most respectfully and humbly writing this letter to you in order to seek your permission to
utilize the facilities of Central Elementary School, Lopez Elementary School, Trace College and
St. Anthony School on March 18, 25, April 8, 15, 22. Five Saturdays that will serve as our
workshop venues. I take complete responsibility for the facility that I use. In case of loss/
damage of any equipment, I shall be held liable for repayment of the damaged property.

This shall be highly helpful if you could approve the same at the earliest.
