Safety Education

As this pump may cause high pressure fluid to escape and cause serious injury and damage to
the body or other objects, the pump should be operated and maintained carefully after reading
this manual first.

When using spray guns or small orifice nozzles, fluids can be discharged at very high speeds
and pressures. Therefore, spilling fluid out of any part of the body can cause serious injury.

Do not connect the output point of the supply pipe directly, but do not allow the spray gun to
reach any part of the body, especially the hand. Air should be cut off after use of the pump or
when moving the pump.

A high-pressure fluid discharge from the pump can rupture the supply tube and cause injury to
the human body. Sufficient hoses shall be used to withstand system pressure.

WARNING

■ Compressed air of 0.86MPa (8.6 bar) or less is recommended for pumps.

■ Lubricants (oil or grease) should be kept clean and should be careful as dust, air, foreign
substances, etc. can damage the pump, reduce performance, or cause disturbances.

■ Compressed air may contain moisture and lubricants through the pump, so be careful.

■ If the pump is used to supply grease, pump the oil before storing the pump to remove the
remaining oil from the barrel and do not use it for a long time.

■ Before cleaning, remove all parts of the pump or restore the supply pipe, cut off compressed
air, and carefully remove the pressure of the supply pipe.

■ Lubricants that are discharged from any part of the body should not be directly touched.

■ Completely exhausted tiles should be replaced with new ones. Empty a fail if the pump
operation should not be.
1. Summary

A. AGP-P is available under high pressure from low viscosity NLGI #0 to high viscosity NLGI
#2 grease.

B. It is the most suitable concentrated lubrication system for transporting oil with slow flow
speed and high viscosity.

C. Reduce costs through interaction with 18-liter Pail.

2, Composition and specification

2.1 Composition

2.2 Specification

MODEL AGP-P
FLUID PRESSURE RATIO 50 : 1
AIR OPERATING RANGE 2~7 bar
LUBRICANT Oil, Grease up-to NLGI#2
AIR INLET PT 1/4"
LUBRICANT OUTLET PT 1/8"
3. Operation
3.1 Installation
Open the cover and place the gease pail (18L) in the tank as shown below.

3.2 Ready

A. Connect the source line of compressed air with

connections, such as Rapid Action Coupling, to
the Male coupler of the air hose connected to
the air inlet of the pump.

B. Attach the BUTTON HEAD COUPLING on the

GREASE GUN of the pump to the GREASE
NIPPLE attached to the lubrication area for
injection.

3.3 Operation
A. Gradually add compressed air and operate the pump.
B. Adjust the air pressure to create an appropriate discharge pressure or to obtain the required flow
rate.
4. Detach AGP Carrier from Cabinet

[Figure.-A] [Figure.-B]

A. To separate the AGP carrier from the Pump Cabinet, first remove the fixing stopper shown in
[Figure-A] holding the carrier base.
B. Remove the stopper and pull the front handle so that the carrier base is pulled forward as much as
possible as shown in [Figure-B].
C. AGP Carrier Handles on the left and right sides of the hand are lifted slightly with one hand each,
pulled forward, and the rest of the hand holds the inner part of the handle, separated from the
cabinet and put it on the floor. Take care not to damage the LM Guide with heavy loads on the
end of the carrier base.
D. When carrying the AGP carrier, use the left and right handgrips designed with two layers to hold
and move the convenient handgrips.

5. Replace PAIL
A. If the tail is empty, stop the pump immediately.
B. Lack of lubricating oil in the Pail can be detected by reduced discharge of grease from the grease
gun or by pressure from the supply pipe.
C. Unlatch the TANK for AGP, lift the existing Pail, add the new Pail, and reassemble the COVER.
D. Care must be taken not to allow dust or foreign substances to enter while the tail is being
replaced.

6. Maintenance
A. Pay attention to the amount of grease in the Pail. Never operate the pump when the pail is
empty.
B. Remove all parts of the pump or restore the transmission line before cleaning, cut off compressed
air and carefully remove pressure from the supply pipe.
C. If the pump is not functioning, compressed air shall be cut off.
