    SUBJECT: DAR/DTR SUBMISSION

    In relation to the memo last November 2019.Please be reminded again that It has been reported and
    observed that some PMs, Department Heads and Document Controller forgot to approve and send
    DAR/DTR on time. Failure to adhere to this requirement of your job on an ongoing basis has a serious
    impact on our payroll process and a possible cause of delays for not having salary on time for all employees.
    This is a gross negligence of duties, in your capacity as Project Manager, Department Heads and Document
    Controller.

    Kindly note that such misconduct warrants disciplinary action. Therefore, treat this letter as a warning to
    you.

    Failure to submit and late approval of DAR/DTR on a daily and every cut off may result to nonpayment of
    salary in your team.

    LATE APPROVAL OF DAR OFFENSE


    OFFENSE SANCTION RESULT
    1ST Offense Written Warning
    2nd Offense 2 days Suspension NO SALARY OF YOUR TEAM
    3rd Offense 5 days Suspension MEMBERS
    4th Offense 10 days Suspension
    5th Offense Dismissal
