0 CONCLUSION
After calculating all the ratios for Nestle company, we know that the Nestle company
is suitable for investment. This is because, for Nestle, liquidity ratios show that they have a
positive long-term prospect. Although the company faces difficulties in paying short-term
obligations, they are still able to pay through long-term financing In addition, after calculating
the profitability ratio, we can also find out that Nestle Berhad has a good way to manage
operating expenses, has a higher return to investors, and can show investors that the Nestle
company can turn capital into net earnings. Apart from that, the leverage ratio for Nestle
Berhad also shows positive things. This is because the debt ratio shows that they have a low
amount if debt to finance assets. Nestle can also manage its debt effectively and the time
interest ratio shows that Nestle can pay debt interest.

We have also studied and calculated market ratios for Nestle Berhad. We got some
important information that Nestle Berhad has a positive market ratio in 2021. The first,
Earning per share. Earnings per share for Nestle Berhad increased from 2020 to 2021 by
RM0.06 which shows Nestle's good performance in the following year. In addition, book
value per share of common stock. It shows that Nestle Berhad has more assets than
liabilities However, all the market ratios we have calculated show a decline in market
performance. For example, the price/earning ratio in 2021 decreased from the previous year
by RM4.10. This shows that the stock price for Nestle has decreased. This also applies to
other ratios such as dividend per share (DPS), dividend payout ratio (DPR), dividend yield,
and last but not least, price to book value. This shows negative progress due to the covid-19
pandemic that started in 2020 and cases for infected people are increasing in 2021.

For the technical analysis, we had made a daily trend or known as a short-term trend.
it is a graph that shows daily data points that represent price activity. After making the graph,
we found that a bullish trend occurred. The graph shows green color on February 3 until
February 22, 2022. This shows that the price is increasing. However, we have also spotted a
long-legged Doji in the circle we drew in February 2022. Long-legged Doji occurs when there
is no price equilinrium and no price direction. Investors are advised not to do any stock
buying and selling activities because at that time the opening and closing prices remain the
same. Finally, on February 22, the candlestick colors are green with a long body and a short
shadow. Because of this, the stock price increases because the loss process is above the
open price. In conclusion, the investor needs to think carefully before investing in the
company. for example, do a ratio calculation and do technical analysis about the company
you want to invest in. With that, we can avoid existing risks and ensure that the information
we get is valid and not just based on words with no source.
