 Capacity Building on Professional Growth and Development enhancement with ICT refresher course for
Proficient Teachers.
Rationale National Thrust and School Development Goals for Human Resource Development
Education Secretary said that ICT education is an important aspect as they formulate an effectively enhanced K to 12

The new DepEd mission also caters the learners-centered curriculum, so as the need to know different teaching
approaches and strategies suitable various learners as well as the use of various learning experiences and resources.
All of these, are the priority needs of the school to gauge the teachers for learning.
