MINUTES OF THE 1ST MEETING OF THE LOCAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL HELD ON SEPTEMBER 12,
2021 (SUNDAY) AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN SESSION HALL, BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF
SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL.

I. Call to Order
The meeting was officially called to order at 10:30 AM by Mr. Emmanuel M. Bacay (LYDC
President)
II. Invocation
An AVP was played for the opening prayer, this was followed by the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem.
as well as those that promote meaningful youth participation in nation building, sustainable
youth development and empowerment, equitable access to quality education, environmental
protection, climate change and adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth
employment and livelihood, health, gender sensitivity, social protection, capability building and
sports development.
A motion was raised by Ms. Rona Mae T. Salvoro that the project details enlisted in the Local
Youth Development Plan will be submitted to the Municipal’s Chief of Executive. Unanimously
seconded and was approved.
V. Unfinished Business
There being no unfinished business, let us move on to other matters.
