1. A 3-5 minute video/ recording of your understanding of this course and practical points and
reforms you thought to make in your life style. You may reflect on one/many aspects of this
course. It should mention the affectivity of the issues covered and how it helped your
understanding. It must be comprehensive and succinct. English language only will be used for
recording this video. Marks: 20
