CHAPTER 1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1.1 Highlight
The name proposed by the proponents for the company is Bambers Co.
They initially evaluated the type of product/s that they will introduce to the market
in the future, all of which have an element of bamboo, which can be seen and
heard in the company's name. In the formation of a business name, it is also
necessary to consider a memorable one that establishes a brand recall for the
target market in order to improve brand awareness and bring in a bigger number
of possible consumers of the company's product, Bam-T Bag. Most significantly,
the term "bomb" can be recognized in the firm's name; in today's world, the
definition of the word bomb has changed; it no longer merely implies explosive
and destructive, but also amazing or of high quality. Bambers Co. strongly
resonates with the term, as the company strives to provide not only innovative
products in the industry, but also products of the best quality and top
functionality.

Bam-T Bag is an abbreviation for Bamboo Table Bag. It has two primary
functions: a bag that can contain items up to the size of a laptop and a mini table
desk built-in. The main body will be made of leather, while the built-in table will be
made of bamboo. The integrated table measures 40 cm long, 35 cm broad, and
19 cm in height. In the meanwhile, the bag is 42 cm long, 36 cm tall, and 15 cm
broad. The bag will also serve as the table's desk, complete with a little cushion
to keep the devices put within and on top secure and undamaged. It also has
many compartments on the interior, the largest of which is for the laptop and the
smaller ones for gadget accessories such as a charger, mouse, and earbuds. It
weighs 2 kilograms. It is black in color and stays gender-neutral, thus it is not
limited to a specific gender. Furthermore, its supporters seek to make its look or
design visually pleasant so that it may complement whatever themes the user
desires. Entrepreneurs created this new product after examining what students
and professionals require nowadays. Many of them, without a doubt, are
concerned about ergonomics when working digitally. As a result, Bam-T Bag
strives to give them ease and advantage while carrying out their tasks online.

A competent management strives to enhance organizational productivity
by regulating the team's performance and workers to ensure that the company's
core objectives and goals are met. Hence, in this chapter, the vision and mission
statement of the company is written which will serve as one of the employees'
guides on the core values and overall objectives of the company. In line with this,
the employment positions that the Bambers Co. requires are also included in this
part which includes the bagmaker for the direct labor and managerial positions
like operations manager, marketing specialist, financial specialist, and
administrative specialist for the indirect labor. A comprehensive job hiring
process is also included in this part along with the company’s working policies
that would serve as a reminder for the employees about the organization’s
expectations on how they should behave and perform their duties. The salary
offered in different employment positions can be found here as well which is
based and justifiable on the requirements set by the company for each position.
Overall, this chapter contains all the methods and strategies that Bambers Co.
will employ in its management including the personnel development, facilities,
and others that would boost the employees’ performance and improve the total
management of the company.
In this aspect, all of the marketing and advertising strategies are written,
from the tools and platforms to be used in introducing the product to the market
and up to the chosen advantageous location of the business. But firstly, to
ensure that the company will attract its target market, it has created an innovative
product that would fulfill the needs of its prospective customers which is the need
for an ergonomic and eco-friendly laptop product that would boost productivity
and prevent health-related issues when working for a longer period of time. This
product is the Bam-T bag which has two primary functions: a bag that can
contain items up to the size of a laptop and a mini table desk built-in.
Furthermore, the target market was taken into consideration in choosing the
business location, this has allowed the company to effectively evaluate the
location’s capability in contributing to the business success. Specifically, the

location is located at 53 Atherton St. North Fairview Park Subdivision which is a
highly commercialized area. It has an advantage because there are no
neighboring rivals, although it is close to well-known convenience stores, salons,
and fast-food restaurants that people visit. For the tools and advertising tools, the
company will use famous social media platforms such as Facebook and
Instagram and it will also use E-commerce platforms giants such as Shopee and
Lazada to maximize business channel opportunities. On the other hand, for the
physical type of promotion, the company will employ tarpaulins in their store to
boost brand recognition as well as offer promo coupons for every purchase on
the first month of operation that entails up to a 5% discount. To sum it up, this
chapter entails the overall strategies that will be used by the company to
introduce the product, boost brand awareness, and most importantly, maximize
and enhance profits.

the proponents have identified political, economic, social, and technological
factors that could directly or indirectly affect the company in a positive or negative
manner. Factors such as how the current political parties' position regulate the
economy, lifestyle of consumers/customers, and technological advancements
would have an impact on the business, thus they must be ready for that.
The conducted feasibility has been a great experience and tool for the proponents to
have an in-depth knowledge of the prospective business. It geared them to become wise
and rational in every decision-making and planning for the business. The introduced
proposed product has innovations and promotes sustainability that is created to solve
the current problems of this ever-changing world, particularly amidst the COVID-19
pandemic. The marketing analysis and strategies have also resulted in a positive
outcome claiming that there is a growing demand for the product and the target market
has a higher chance of purchasing it. The proponents have also been prepared and
challenged to learn about certain regulations and standards that must be implemented in
the business to ensure ethical and fair operations. Moreover, the proponents have also
considered their impact on society and how they should make an effort to contribute to
our society. The technical complexities have also been explored and questions such as
who and how the product will be manufactured, what is the equipment needed, and
where is the perfect location for the business have been thoroughly answered. Although
there may be chances that the business will experience a shortage of finance in the first
year, the business has been proven to be financially viable in its succeeding years.

Because of this, the proponents assert that there is a positive change and that the
prospective business will be viable and profitable.
Additionally, this study will be given importance, especially during the first five years
of business operations. The proponents will continue to reflect and grow through
continuous learning and analysis of the market as well as progress improvements in the
operations of the business. They will try their best to not only maximize their profit but
also to serve their employees, investors, customers/consumers, and the community in a

The idea of a proposal would not be complete without proponents as they are the
primary individuals who have created a concept themselves and are pushing it to turn
into reality. According to TaskManagementGuide.com (n.d), individuals, groups, or
organizations that submit or propose a project for assessment and approval, and then
present the proposal to the project team or mobilize the team for the project, are termed,
proponents.

proponents considered this factor, and after a comprehensive decision-making process,
they decided to form the firm's organization as a partnership.
They selected this form because it will provide them with more benefits than
drawbacks; particularly, they sought a General Partnership in which all of the members
share all of the assets and obligations. One major benefit that may be derived from this
is the GP's capacity to enable more minds to work, resulting in greater concepts that can
contribute to the company's tactics and mechanisms. This would also enable the firm to

cannot be denied that this type of organization has its own disadvantages as well, but
they primarily revolve around the breakdown of relationships between business partners,

these stores. In addition, all the stated arteries clearly provide no threat to the
product or business since they are not considered competitors and are not
enterprises with the same line of industry.
The proposed location would be near the electronic shops notably phone and
laptop stores in malls or other local electronic shops around Quezon City. In
addition, since it is close to electronic shops, notably laptop stores, the location
may draw a large number of possible buyers or customers for the Bam T-bag
product. This proposed area would also provide an edge over its competitors
since the target market would be able to easily locate the store within their reach

proponents plan to enhance it by renovating the store's visual look to make it

come in handy when confronted with any issues and problems. When faced with
adversity, one's decisions determine one's fate. The Bambers Co. will be affected
by all this. When it comes to the Bambers Co., when obstacles arise as a result
of globalization, the company's survival will be dependent on its management's
initiative and decision-making abilities. The Bambers Company must have a
smooth operation, so that the decisions would be made at the proper moment
without delay, to make it feasible.

Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, Administrative Specialist, and Finance
Specialist. In line with this, the managerial functions of a personnel manager involve

creates a clear visual representation of the organization’s hierarchy and ranks,
jobs, and departments. This kind of chart is being used as a managerial tool to
improve Bambers Company’s performance, as a visual personnel directory, or for
planning purposes. Preparing the chart ensures that no essential positions are
overlooked and that no departments have excess personnel. The Bambers
organization chart is also a lifeline for them, allowing them to learn names and
titles while also gaining a better understanding of their place in the overall
corporate structure. The remaining employees are overseen by their respective
supervisors.

Good Day! We are Grade 12 students from Lagro High School's Accountancy,
Business, and Management strand, section Zobel. We humbly invite you to participate in
this survey, which is related to the current feasibility study that we are conducting on our
product called "Bam-T Bag." The name of the product is a shortcut for Bamboo Table
Bag, and it is a multipurpose product that includes both a bag that can contain items up
to the size of a laptop and a built-in mini laptop table that you can take with you
wherever you go. This survey would only take about 7 to 10 minutes to complete. Your
responses to this survey will be highly useful in determining the practicality of our
product, thus your participation is strongly encouraged. However, this survey is purely
voluntary which means that you are free to withdraw from answering at any time.

Purpose of the Study - The goal of the study is to determine the feasibility of the
product (Bam-T Bag) in the target market, that covers the product's marketability as well
as profitability. It also seeks to further uncover the product's weak and strong features,
which will be useful in improving it to better match the needs of the target market,
particularly in this category of product.
Risks - Sharing of information online always has equivalent risks. However, in this
survey, Google forms (Gform), a widely known and secured survey administration
software is employed, thus the risk associated with online information sharing will be
eliminated.
Benefits - Given that the respondents are also the target market of the researchers,
they will be able to have advanced information about it before even officially launching
the product to the market.
Compensation - Participating in this survey will not lead in any financial transactions,
such as a payment from the researchers that will be given to the respondents in
exchange for their time.
Confidentiality - The researchers ensure that all responses will be kept private and
used solely for scholarly purposes. Despite the fact that all participants must have an
email address, they have the option of not typing their names as they will be
de-identified and anonymised in every research note or document through the

assignment of code numbers. The Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, officially known

Bam-T Bag is short for Bamboo Table Bag. It has two main functions: a
bag that can hold items up to the size of a laptop and a built-in mini table desk. It
will primarily be constructed of leather while the built-in table will be made from
bamboo. The built-in table has a size of 40 cm long, 35 cm wide, and 19 cm tall.
Meanwhile, the bag's size is 42 cm long, 36 cm tall, and 15 cm wide. The
bag will also act as the table's desk that includes a small cushion to keep the
gadgets placed within and at the top safe and undamaged. It also includes
various pockets inside, the largest is for the laptop and the smaller ones are for
the device accessories such as charger, mouse, and earphones. It has a weight
of 2 kilograms.

Terms and Contract
Retailer Agreement
This Retailer Agreement, made and entered into this day of 2022, by and
between Bambers Co. hereinafter called the seller and, ,
hereinafter called retailer. Hereby agree as follows:
WHEREAS, Retailers wish to purchase from Bambers Co. orders from time to time.
WHEREAS, Both parties agree that the terms of the relationship between seller and
retailer shall be governed by this agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements herein,
Bambers Co. and Suppliers agree as follows:
1. Services
Bambers Co. guarantees to assist and provide great service to consumers and
sellers who acquire the Bam-T Bag product, as the product will provide benefits
to people who purchase such products from the business. The Corporation will
also provide services to ensure that any inquiries concerning the company and
its goods are promptly answered.
2. Product
Bambers Co. pledges to produce products made with care and delicate
techniques that will definitely fulfill the budgets of customers and sellers, also
ensuring their loyalty and reducing the risk and cost of repairing damaged items.
3. Employees
The Bambers Co. will assure that employees are knowledgeable on their
assigned duty or work in the workplace, as well as understanding the business

and its products, in order to avoid any issues or misunderstandings to the
customers and sellers. In addition, the Labor Code of the Philippines
(Presidential Decree No. 442) will be obeyed. This is the Philippine labor law or
legal code that controls employment practices and labor relations in the country.
4. Replacement/Return Policy
The Company will assess the replacement and return of the damaged items or
products, only if it is confirmed that there really is a problem with the product's
quality and the receipt or proof of purchase for the product. The managers are
assigned to examine the goods that consumers return and process the
replacement of the damaged item or product. On the contrary, if two weeks or
more have passed since the purchase of the product, Bambers Co. will not offer
any more refund or replacement for the purchased item.

Commercial Lease
1. Monthly Payment
The lessee will pay a monthly rent of 6,000 pesos to the lessor via bank deposit
only, it may vary unless requested by the landlord.
The landlord must ensure that the commercial space is occupiable, any damages
in the space before the lessee moves in must be shouldered by the lessor. The
landlord shall equip the following utilities or facilities for the benefit of the
occupant:

● Water
● Internet
These things must be readily available in commercial space and will be paid by
the lessee.
3. Parking Spaces
Landlords agree that Bambers Co. including its guests, employees and
customers has the right to use any of the parking spaces.
4. Renewable Contract

The contract is renewable every six (6) months within this day the landlord has
no right to lease the property to other possible lease.
