This refers to the summons you had issued dated February 13, 2023, requesting my presence
on February 21, 2023, to answer to a complaint filed by one ERNIE JESUS MALAGA, a resident of
Alta Tierra Village, Iloilo City.

In order for the undersigned to be guided accordingly, may I be clarified as to the jurisdiction of
the Lupon Tagapamayapa, Concordia Sur over the subject matter of the complaint? This is to
further afford the parties of any legal basis that shall oblige me to appear before such august
body.
