In the first place you must be yourself, you want to be original and authentic towards

the other person, that way both you and the other person will have a good connection
without necessarily having the need to pretend.

Another important aspect in the building of a healthy relationship is being honest and
have good communication, you and the other person need to talk and listen to each
other, need to understand that if you don’t communicate, the other person is not a mind
reader, so to avoid problems, issues, or misunderstandings, you must be clear in what
you say and be open to what the other person says so both of you both are comfortable.

When a conflict arrives, try to resolve it in a respectful way, don’t bring back old
conflicts that were already resolved or were reached an agreement, be able to
understand how to let things go. But the most important thing in a conflict is
forgiveness, you will be able to sustain through hard times, and focus on the present.

One thing to always keep in mind is that there are always ups and downs in a
relationship, and it can be because one person is struggling with something, or maybe
you both aren’t on the same page. there will always be changes in your relationship, just
be open to it and don’t fight it because there are two persons in a relationship not just
one.

To have a healthy relationship, you must be yourself, communication is key because it’s
the base where all your problems will be solved, by having good communication, the
conflicts will be easier to be solved. Small details toward the other person always make
a difference, by doing so the other person feels appreciated.
