Job Summary:
As Financial Analyst, you provide financial support and analysis in reporting, business processes to senior
finance colleagues.
Job Requirements
Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency, completeness
and transparency. Maintain integrity and timeliness of reports prepared.
Periodic reporting - MBRs, EMRs, daily/weekly reporting and other ad hoc reporting as required
Support all financial processes and reporting including actuals, budget, forecast for Line of Business
Document and provide presentation materials for business and finance stakeholder
Collaborate with other LOB teams as needed
Maintain calendar of deliverables
Assist/manage special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requested
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to senior management on a frequent basis
Managing process and stakeholder expectation.
Self-driven with competency in completing high-quality deliverables within the committed timeframe.
Collaborate with onshore counterparts working beyond geographical barriers
Headcount reporting and analysis: And commentaries on headcount movement pertaining to New
Business, Hires, and Transfers & Exits etc.
Variance analysis along with preparation of management presentations describing insights
May be required to participate in or conduct a wide range of accounting and financial analyses on
critical and complex issues which may include variance analysis, forecasts, budgeting, expense drivers
and accounting transactions.
Prepares reports and presentations packages. Interprets results for management.
Understand/Manage intricate system landscape and interfaces

Responsibility: The types of tasks this individual is responsible are a mix of structured and unstructured tasks.
This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex
problems.
Interaction: This individual interacts primarily with Staff to Director level employees within the function.
There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.
