LIMGUIS Student Internship Activity Report Form
LIMGUIS Student Internship Activity Report Form
During your internship, you are responsible for completing and submitting three (3) internship reports, usually
emailed to your Career Training Coordinator (CTC) every 100 hours for those completing 300 hours or every 200
hours for those completing 600 hours requirement. These reports should help you learn about the overall
operation of your internship agency /organization or Host Training Establishment (HTE). In addition, the reports
are a method of documenting and communicating to your CTC with your experiences during internship. Note
that CTC will not remind you of when these reports are due. Failure to submit reports will reflect negatively on
your internship.
Each report consists of your assessment about our internship experience and information about the agency /
HTE. While you can set up a schedule with your internship advisor that fits our particular internship, the

that the applicants they were hiring is a reliable person and not just a short-term employee. They offer
comprehensive orientation program for every onboarded employees to ensure that they are equipped

I think Gainstrong Manpower Inc. their public relation is nice because they have a friendly environment.
They usually have a post online about their vacancy and they do have a motivational qoutes in their fb
page. And I must say their market is effective cause their sales is increasing every year cause they
starting to grow. And their internship program is good for the students wants to absorb because, some
of their employees is an interns before so there are possibilities that they will absorb you if your
performance is good. And the way they handle their interns is amazing they talk to us like a regular
employee. They do have allowance for interns also. Their protocols for interns is not that strict just a
little basic rules. And also, they make sure that the interns are okay.
My responsibilities as an intern is to help the recruiters to source applicants and we conduct also
an initial interview. They teach us how to conduct an intial interview and by that we got to know
how to interview and some basic tips how to know the applicants more and to know their
backgrounds. My assignment is in recruitment. And also sometimes I help in timekeeping they
also teach me how to timekeep. But my number one assignment is to recruit applicants. I also
help them background investigation for some applicants. Cause some of our clients wants their
possible hired applicants have a good personal background. And also we help them to organize
some staff and decorate the office.
