About the Role:


As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for transitioning a frameworkless PHP-based
application to a symphony-based PHP application. You will work on a team with 4 other
engineers, a creative director/designer, and multiple product/project managers to continue to
build out a multi-industry database marketing application that serves thousands of real
estate agents, auto dealers, and universities and colleges. You will have significant room to
grow with the company and work on lots of exciting and challenging projects.

Requirements
● 7 years of experience in engineering roles
● Strong background in PHP development and experience with the Symfony framework
is nice.
● Comfortable working in a team environment and possess excellent communication
and problem-solving skills.
● Able to manage your time effectively and have the ability to work on multiple projects
simultaneously.

About the employment:


Currently, Quadshift does not have a legal entity in APAC; therefore uses Worca’s HR
HR solutions service for recruitment and EOR payroll. As part of this arrangement, you
will be officially hired by Worca and considered as an overseas personnel of Quadshift .
Worca will serve as Quadshift 's local legal representative and provide assistance with
international payroll, social insurance, tax filing, and equipment management. Quadshift
will be responsible for all critical matters such as interviews, compensation approval, job
content, access rights and other decision-making aspects.
