Athaea Ken P., Guliquey, Dylan P., Montajes, Karel M., Olermo, Jhudiel Andrew L., Paule, Carlo Roberto
M., Ramos, John William A.

I. Individual Task.
Instruction: Consider your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks in your research paper. What
tasks were challenging? What tasks did you excel in? Of the tasks that you struggled with,
how did you work to improve on these areas? (min of 2 sentences each student) 5pts each.

Answer:

As a research student working on a research paper, performing lengthy literature reviews

and synthesizing current research is a complex undertaking for me due to the fact that it
demands significant reading, critical analysis, and discovering pertinent gaps in the literature.
Formulating a meaningful research topic or hypothesis that matches the study objectives and
adds to existing knowledge is also challenging. On the other hand, the researchers excel in data
collection and analysis, including designing experiments, gathering data through various
methods, and applying statistical or qualitative analysis techniques. To progress in challenging
areas, the researchers sought guidance and engaged in courses on literature review techniques,
research methodology, and research question development. The researchers also practice critical
review and summary of research articles to improve their literature review abilities, with the
goal of continuing to learn and improve their research skills in order to produce high-quality
papers. It takes time and effort to break it down into smaller portions, focusing on relevant
sources and using organizing tools like note-taking or citation management tools.

III. Individual Task.

Instruction: Read carefully the recommendation part of your reference paper. After reading,
construct a new one which you believe is better and appropriate than the one in your research
paper. (2pts each answer)

Baque, Janette A.

Starting with educators, notably instructors and professors who can educate young people about
the educational challenges that women encounter. They must begin with the young and serve as
role models for education by promoting gender equality and debunking stereotypes against both
genders.

Bautista, Marc Vince P.

I think that the more appropriate target people to provide recommendations are the parents. In
the older generation, men are viewed as superior to women in which this ideology has been
adopted by our parents. They should be aware of the societal issues regarding gender
stereotypes as it affects the way they interpret other individuals, especially their children. They
should learn that women are also capable of the things that men can do. To be open-minded
about the things they do in life and the future they choose to take. As time past by, parents
should learn to value their rights and recognize their potential.

Denoso, Zheckaina Hervey C.

I believe Fostering Partnerships and Collaboration is more appropriate for the recommendation
section of our chosen study since it facilitates partnerships among diverse stakeholders, such as
academics, civil society groups, and the commercial sector, to solve the problems that women
face in a patriarchal culture. Encourage the interchange of knowledge, resources, and best
practices to advance gender equality activities.

Estorninos, Eugene M.

I think we need the Religious and community leaders to be the next helpers of today’s society,
they frequently have a big impact on how people think and act. They are the ones that we need
to teach how gender equality can give a good impact to society while learning the beauty of
tranquility with both genders and giving justice to those who were abused before because of
stereotyping. Reminding kids of the importance of gender equality can motivate them to work
for it in their neighborhoods, fight against prejudice, and create welcoming spaces that respect
everyone's rights and contributions.

Flores, Athaea Ken P.

If I had to make a new recommendation, it would be regarding society. Society should be more
open-minded and stop clinging onto stereotypes because it could harm every individual in
various ways. People in the community should be readily available to a variety of viewpoints in

order to prevent particular prejudices from occurring. Be willing to acknowledge diversity and
grasp the chance to connect with other people. On top of that, everyone must keep in mind that
women are also capable of the same things that men are, whether at the workplace, at the
household, or even in daily encounters. They are more than what the patriarchal culture
perceives them to be. Society has to understand that women also have a fundamental right to be
given an equal fulfillment of all the principles of humanity.

Gatdula, Madeline F.

Companies that hire more men than women are better suited for our chosen study's
recommendation section. Given that they do not recognize women's strength and intelligence in
professions or labors. It would be ideal to change their perceptions of women as weak and
incapable of accomplishing tasks that men do. They should accept that women can do men's
jobs and not just be their supports at home.

Guliquey, Dylan P.

Everybody in the world, particularly young males, should be made aware of the challenges that
women face in terms of being treated poorly due to preconceptions that are assigned to women
as being inferior to men. Everyone should try to be open-minded in situations and recognize that
women are equally capable as men in terms of what we accomplish in our daily lives and at
work. People should just start thinking about genders equally and stop acting as though women
have no rights.

Magwate, Kenshin N.

By engage studying public discourse and advocacy that can help promote gender equality and
women's rights. Utilizing an organization's platform that can raise awareness, challenge
stereotypes, and influence policies. By getting involved in public discourse and advocacy, you can
help make a positive impact on whole society .

Montajes, Karel M.

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working in the fields of equal opportunity for women
and women's rights can benefit from this research by integrating its findings into their advocacy
campaigns and initiatives. They can utilize the findings to help them raise awareness, provide
support services, and advocate for local, national, and international policy changes.

Olermo, Jhudiel Andrew L.

I would put politicians in the recommendation part of our chosen study since they could
collaborate and make laws and policies that could help women who are struggling in this
patriarchal society. They could also solve the gender imbalance in politics. Lastly, they should be
the ones who preach gender equality in order to create a balanced community for all genders.

The findings of this study can be helpful for legal professionals, judges, and policymakers
involved in developing and implementing equitable treatment of women and women's rights
legislation and policies. It can provide evidence and insights to help shape legislative frameworks
that promote gender equality, protect women from discrimination and violence, and ensure fair
access to justice.
Ramos, John William A.

Workers with high positions are more appropriate for the recommendation part of our chosen
study. They should be knowledgeable about the fact that women can do things the same way
men can study. They should be knowledgeable about the fact that women can do things the
same way men can. They should be more open about what women experience daily and
understand that patriarchal society oppresses countless women. They should treat women as
equals and accept that some women can do a better job than them. One should be aware that
women can have high salaries, equal rights, express themselves, and know that oppression is
never an option as it brings down society.

IV. Individual Task.

Instruction: What, for you, is the main importance of having a well-written research paper?
(5 sentences minimum)

Answer:

Having a well-written research paper may have an internal advantage for the researcher.
According to The Scientific World (2022), it has an immense effect on the enhancement of an
individual's multiple academic abilities. To be particular, considering the significance of ensuring
a quality research paper will hone one's writing competencies. A well-written paper guarantees
clarity and coherence in communicating complicated concepts, procedures, and conclusions. It
enables researchers to successfully convey their work to colleagues, increasing comprehension,
cooperation, and knowledge growth. It acts as a forum for researchers to discuss their results,
contribute to common understanding, and create good change. It also demonstrates the
author's distinct contribution to the topic through originality and inventiveness. A unique study
adds value to the present body of knowledge by offering fresh viewpoints and concepts. It also
promotes academic integrity by ensuring correct idea attribution and avoiding plagiarism.
Furthermore, originality increases the reliability of the research, encouraging trust in readers
and future researchers.
