I. Group task:
Instruction: Using your own words and 5 sentences each part, describe the important
feature/s of the macro parts of a research format.
A. INTRODUCTION
The introduction is an essential yet tough component of a research paper given that it
provides several functions. It serves as the context for your research by leading the
reader from a broad subject area to a specific topic of analysis. Moreover, the
introduction establishes the subject at hand and its objectives. It highlights both the
strategy and the goal of the study, describing what your research is attempting to
accomplish and explaining the reasons why you want to conduct it. A strong introduction
will set the tone for the rest of your paper, urging individuals to proceed on to the
methodology, results, and discussion.
D. INTERPRETATION OF DATA
The process of interpreting data includes examining and making sense of the
information gathered during the investigation. The analysis's findings should be
thoroughly explained in this part, along with any statistical tests and measurements that
were applied. It should also describe any implications for theory, practice, or future
study and link the findings back to the research question and aims. Visual aids like tables
and graphs that are clear and succinct should be used to support the comprehension of
the data.
E. SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
This part of the research format contains the essential information as well as the most
crucial outcome of the study, such as the findings and the reliability of the evidence. This
section summarizes the study's primary contributions, allowing readers to quickly grasp
the significance of the study without having to read the entire manuscript. It also
mentions significant results that are connected to the research problem. The
information you obtain should correspond to the study's primary results. In addition, it
includes a section in which it compares your findings to the studies indicated in the
review of related literature and studies of the research paper.
A. INTRODUCTION
6. Definition of terms
The words utilized throughout the research are unfamiliar to some readers. As a result,
the definitions of terms is a useful reference for readers and future researchers as they
attempt to comprehend a particular word in their specific field.
B. RRL/RRS
1. Definition of terms
The definition of terms section provides clear definitions of key concepts, variables, and
terms used in the study. It is important as it ensures a common understanding and
avoids ambiguity in the interpretation of the research findings.
2. Conceptual Framework
The conceptual framework outlines the theoretical foundation and constructs that guide
the study. It illustrates the relationship between variables and provides a visual
representation of the researcher’s theoretical perspective.
3. Theoretical Framework
The theoretical framework identifies and incorporates relevant theories and models that
underpin the study. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the research problem
and helps in formulating hypotheses or research questions.

5. Summary
The summary section provides a concise recap of the main points discussed in the
review of related literature. It highlights the key findings, theories, and approaches that
are relevant to the research.
C. METHODOLOGY
2. Sampling Technique
Sampling strategies are to verify that the sample is representative of the population and
to eliminate presumptions. The approach selected should support the goals of the study
and enable practical and trustworthy data collecting.
3. Research Instrument
A research instrument is an essential tool for gathering information and calculating
study-relevant variables. To achieve accurate data collection and analysis, it must be
legitimate, dependable, and relevant to the study topic and research strategy.
5. Data Analysis
Analyzing non-numerical data, like text, to find themes, patterns, and meanings is
required for this. It is significant because it may supplement quantitative data analysis
and offer deep and nuanced insights into the study subject.
E. SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
1. Discussion
The discussion section is where you will elaborate on the significance of the results to
the research problem that is being investigated. It also serves to provide background and
insights on the findings of your investigation from the specified study.
2. Conclusion
The overall summary of the study is covered in this section of the summary of findings.
The primary objective is to inform the readers about the research findings and increase
their understanding about the research topic.
3. Recommendations
The researchers will offer some suggestions in this section for addressing the problem
they found during their study. Recommendations are also used to let other researchers
know about the specified study in case they want to conduct a similar study but in a
more focused manner.
A research format serves as the overall structure of the research paper. It shows the
organization of contents in each section where all the information about the study is
