    Sir:

    Greetings in the name of the Lord! I am JAYSON D. LAPPAY, member of the


    Philippine National Police currently assigned at Eastern Police District stationed at
    District Mobile Force Battalion am requesting that I be transferred from my present unit
    assignment to Region 02. My request for re-assignment is due to my desire to serve my
    fellow Cagayano’s and at the same time be assigned to a place nearer to my family.

    The almost 7years time I have spent working with Eastern Police District Mobile
    Force Battalion has been extremely rewarding, and I am truly appreciative of the
    experience I have gained thus far. I believe that a transfer would be of great help and
    benefit to my emotional development for I will be given a chance to be with my family
    even once in a month unlike during my stay here I seldom have the chance to go home
    and visit them, during the previous years when there is no pandemic I was able to go
    and see my family twice a year, but since the pandemic started I was only able to see
    them through video call.

    I thank you for your consideration and am looking forward for a favourable result.
