1. What is the video all about? Summarize by citing its significance or importance to you as a
student studying about art and as future professionals.
- The whole concept of art and humanities has brought many contributions in relating to one another,
like connecting different cultures together and embracing one’s uniqueness that leads to tranquility.
As an individual, the concept of art and humanities helped us shape our personalities and also
helped us express our thoughts freely even though it can be from the past or present, in order to
look into the future. As a future professional, it is important to know the concept of art and
humanities because in this field, research is more given focus on which will help the world solve
one day problems. Included in learning this field is also the skills that a student can learn to help
themselves advance and produce more solutions.

2. What are the differences of art before, at present and the future?
- The art before is considered as “Ancient art” because during those times, (between 5000 BC and
300 AD) the art mostly focuses on civilizations such as the ancient Mesopotamia and ancient Egypt.
This kind of art is believed as the foundation of art history as it was presented with techniques,
forms, and subject matter which leads to the present art today which is called Contemporary Art
that focuses on societal issues and is treated as another way to express oneself to provide social
and cultural commentary. Lastly, with the technology equipped so much in us, we have now
exploited it also to the concept of art which leaves us now with machines performing art too but in a
different and unique way.

3. If your opinion will be asked, what do you think will be the role or projection of art in the near
future?
- We are now proceeding to the future which means that the more we progress to it, the more we are
now capable of relating technology with art. Nowadays, art is now mostly related to technology and
this has been proven a lot of times now especially that there are examples of it such as machines.
With art plus technology, this will not only focus on the field of art but will also help workers do their
job easily.
