Dear Mr. President,

I am interested in working as a full-time faculty for research position at San Sebastian College-Recoletos
Manila. I was made aware of this position through Indeed.com. I have heard of great things about this
school and would love to be a part of this great institution. With my educational background and strong
curriculum development skills, I will deliver confidence, passion and knowledge to enable each student to
reach his or her full potential.

Currently, I have completed my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lyceum of the
Philippines (LPU) Intamruros, Manila. I took my Master of Arts in Educational Management (MAEd) in
Roosevelt-FEU and I obtained my Doctor in Educational Management at Polytechnic University of the
Philippines Sta. Mesa, Manila. I also presented my local and international research presentations that
focuses on leadership, management, business, and other research disciplines. While focusing my research
for students, faculty and K-12 school administration for the past 3 years, as a founder of Dapat
Magbayanihan, I had the opportunity to work with the remote areas and outside community services
which serves for almost 8 years including during the CoVid19 pandemic and also research extensions to
students as part of my advocacy platform. During these experiences, I created and initiated a research
colloquium last December where each group will be presenting their practical research according to their
strands, dressed up, world class research presentation as a significant character while doing their
respective presentation. Collaborating with other teachers and learners, the 1 st research colloquium
resulted in a month-long project where parents, teachers, and learners came to see the students' final
production.

While working with my mentees. I took the time to recognize their various differences and organized
research consultations that accommodated their dynamic learning styles. I also became increasingly aware
of my individual strengths such as being able to motivate students and generate instructional activities
through research. My strong rapport with students, parents and coworkers not only benefitted my research
class but the school at large.
