Dear Viktor,

On behalf of OP8 Technology Group limited, we would like to make you this independent contractor
Offer for Senior Project Manager function with the below conditions.

Remuneration for the services provision is $4000 USD gross payable monthly for the period of the
first 3 months and $4500 USD gross after (according to Ukrainian tax legislation the unified tax rate
for Private Entrepreneurs of 3rd category - 5% and Unified Social Tax are paid by you).

The start of cooperation is January 22, 2018.

Up to 20 business days per year are available to you to be used for personal recreation purposes.

Up to 15 business days per year are allowed to be unavailable due to personal health-related
reasons (but no longer than 10 business days in a row, otherwise discussed individually).

The Contract could be terminated with the notice: 14 calendar days during the first 3 months’ period
of the services provision and 30 calendar days after.

Our cooperation is contingent upon the Contract signed and returned to HR Department, supplied
with passport, tax identification number, private-entrepreneur registration documents and bank
details.

Please indicate your agreement with the terms and acceptance of the conditions by signing this
agreement before December 22, 2017.
