Coca Cola Museum

We got a bit of the history of coca cola. It originally cost five cents for a very small glass. Eventually, the
en re can could cost five cents. The price actually went down in the beginning. The best part was then
end when you got to try all the different cokes from around the world.

Margret Mitchell Museum

I like writers. I should go to more writers museums. I think this is the only one I’ve ever been to. I’ve
been to Hannibal, but that is like a whole city based on Mark Twain, not a museum focused on him. The
only memory I have of this is of the gi shop. I think it looks right out at the coca cola museum.

Turner Field

I got here real early and enjoyed the sort of carnival like atmosphere of a baseball game. There was a
hospitality guy there who gave me his hat. I s ll have it. It says Dan in the hat. I got to see in the dugout
and there was an interes ng quirk about how the dugout and the bullpen work, I have tried to explain
this in the past, but I’ve failed. I’m going to try to explain it here. There are two rules about how
baseball fields are construc on that the Braves took advantage of here. One rule is that you have to be
able to see the bullpen from the dugout. The other is that both dugouts have to be the same. You can’t
see the bullpens directly from the dugouts so the braves put in closed circuit television. Since both
dugouts have to be the same bot televisions have to be the same, so they have to run both bullpens.
What the Braves do is they make their bullpens very easy to see with nice big color sets, that are in both
dugouts displaying the braves bullpen. But the visi ng teams bullpen is shown on both dugouts as well,
just on a small black and white set. So, they’ve used these rules intended to create fairness, to give the
braves an advantage.

They played the giants, I booed Barry Bonds. I don’t remember anything else about this game.
