Process:
Set of Small actions/steps need to conduct to get required preset output is called Process
We have Design Phase, Procurement and Construction phases as per our project case study based
training. Every phase will be broken down further and further to get work package and further work
package will be filled with activities and these activities are those actions/Steps which will be required to
take/execute to have pre-defined output.

This is very useful trick of Primavera p6 which is being used to quick loading of same kind of data across
all project or most of activities in the project.
I can see FCP is calendar assigned to each activity I need to assign another calendar so click in Calendar
Column

Right Click in that Column of Calendar where you need to fill down same data/options.
