    April 4, 2023
    Zoom Meeting

    I. Call to Order
    A. Presidents, Sandra Arias and Karen Wesner called the
    meeting to order at 5:31
    II. Attendees

    VI. Old Business


    Karen and Sandra went to C-Punch and talked to them about the Bar
    needs, and costs.

    Doreen stated that Mr. Schottel has e-mailed her regarding the
    scholarships, Sandra will contact him and discuss the scholarship

    amounts with him and find out who will be the Valedictorian and
    Salutatorian this year.
    There was also a discussion regarding how many scholarships will be
    awarded and the amounts. It was decided that in addition to the
    Valedictorian and Salutatorian scholarships, there will be two Trade
    scholarships and one General scholarship for a total of $4250.00

    The invitations were mailed out on Friday, March 31, 2023. The
    email invitations will be going out this week.

    Patty Garrettson has the Senior book and will ensure that the
    graduates sign.

    Jerry said, Rachael has the PCHSAA Web Site up to date. She asks
    that the board review it, and if anything needs correction, please let
    her know.
