    Dear Mayor Lagnada:

    I am Luis Jay Osorio, Development Manager of Maxim Rides&Food Delivery – Butuan


    Branch. I wrote this letter of intent to ask for a vacant space in the city hall to hold a joint
    “Blood Donation Campaign” activity together with Red Cross Philippines – Butuan
    Chapter to be held this coming May 27, 2022, Friday starting at 9:00am – 5:00pm.

    During the activity, we also encourage some of the employees inside offices to donate if they
    are willing. Aside from that, please also allow us to distribute our promotional items such as
    facemasks and foldable fans. Photos of the items are attached in the second page.

    We promise not to disturb too much of your employees and people who have important
    transactions inside the building.

    I shall be obliged if you could proceed with the requested time and date and respond to me in
