MBBS ADMISSIONS UNDER MANAGEMENT QUOTA CANDIDATES – 2022-23

All the selected candidates under Management Quota have to be submitted the following Original
Documents with 3 sets Xerox copies along with requisite fee and Bonds at the time of reporting for
admission.
1. Online Registration Application
2. Receipt of Certificates acknowledged by convener Admissions Committee, KNRUHS, Warangal.
3. NEET-2022 Hall Ticket
4. NEET-2022 Rank Card
5. Provisional Admission Order
6. SSC Marks Memo cum Pass Certificate
7. Intermediate Marks Memo cum Pass Certificate/10+2/CBSE (Qualifying Exam)
8. Study Certificates (from VI to Intermediate)
9. Gap Certificate issued by Tahsildar/MRO (If applicable)
10. Intermediate/10+2 Transfer Certificate
11. Minority Certificate issued by Competent Authority of Government. (for Muslim Minority)
12. Permanent Caste Certificate (for BC, SC & STs only) issued by Competent Authority.
13. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
14. Equivalency Certificate issued by Board of Intermediate Education, T.S., Hyderabad (If passed
qualifying exam other than Telangana State/A.P./CBSC/ICSE).
15. Equivalency Certificate issued by Indian Universities, New Delhi for who studied out of Country (for
C-Category admissions).
16. Passport Size photos (10)
17. Aadhar Card (Xerox) Student & Parent
18. Course Discontinuation Bond (Rs.20,00,000/-) ON NON-JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER FOR Rs. 100/-.
19. Residence Certificate (Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Telangana have to
submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of
the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar excluding period of study/employment). (For B-Category only).
20. Proforma for Undertaking in the form of Affidavit (on Non-Judicial) Rs.100/- Stamp paper by
the Parent and candidate stating that the caste and area mentioned in the certificates are genuine
and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per law, if any discrepancy
noticed.
21. Declaration/Bond for Rs.20,00,000/- by Candidate / Parent on Non-judicial Stamp Paper for Rs.100/-
(with regard to Seat blocking)
22. For C-Category (NRI Quota) candidates only
(a) NRI Sponsorship Certificate (DECLARATION Form)
(b) NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by embassy of respective Country under
their seal.
(c) Copy of NRI Bank account pass book of the financial supporter .
(d) Copy of Passport of NRI financial supporter.
23. Bank Guarantee for Rs.11,55,000/- (for B-Category) and Rs.23,10,000/- (for C-Category).
