Background of the Study
Online learning has developed into a useful and practical instrument for
curriculum delivery all across the world as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
Improved convenience, quicker access to information, correct material
distribution, content standardization, customized instruction, self-pacing,
interactivity, and increased convenience are just a few benefits of online learning
for learners that have been reported in the literature. During the COVID-19
epidemic, online learning helped universities keep their doors open for students
even while they were under lockdown to stop the disease's spread. An attitude
developed as a result of an appraisal of the educational experience, facilities, and
services may be characterized as student and teacher satisfaction.

When traditional learning and teaching are no longer viable options, online
learning (synchronous or asynchronous) provides an adaptable, readily available
and practical alternative to enable the continuation of education in the middle of
a pandemic. Since the World Health Organization declared it a pandemic in 2020,
educational activities have been completely interrupted, forcing most colleges to
close completely, affecting hundreds of millions of students and teachers
worldwide.

The concept of fulfillment in online learning is broad and multifaceted, and

it takes into consideration a variety of elements, including feedback, flexibility,
student participation in online discussions, workload, and technological support.
Students gain knowledge in a social setting by conversing with others,
participating in activities, and receiving feedback. Students' relationships with
other students, teachers, and material all play an important influence in their
overall satisfaction. As a result, as numerous forms of interaction are used within
the online learning environment, students' overall satisfaction increases.
