SITE VISIT RULES & PRE-CAUTIONS

1. Eligibility, pre-requisite for site visit and general requirements

a) Appointment has to be made in advance. Ad-hoc request will not be entertained;

b) Visitation is on every Saturday only except if raining;
c) Number of visitors shall be capped at max 4 pax at any visit;
d) Visitors need to conduct saliva test before the visit;
e) Visitor shall be a Malaysian at least 18 years and above;
f) Visitor must not have chronic disease such as cancer, transmissible disease or such
disease or condition as the management deems unsuitable for site visit;
g) Visitor is not an obviously seen with physical or mental disability or such conditions as
the management deems unsuitable for site visit;
h) Visitor must agree to the management terms by executing the management’s terms in
the indemnity letter;
i) Any site visit MUST be accompanied by at least 1 Malton’s representative;
j) Visitation duration should not more be than 1 hour.

2. Adherence to rules and regulations of the site

All visitors are required to comply strictly the following rules and regulations at the site:-

2.1 Safety

Visitor must be fully equipped with safety devices that provided by the management.

pant and comfortable top/t-shirt
3 Wear proper safety boots, or shoes
where the feet are covered

shoes with the feet exposed.

2.2 Rules and Information of Visitation

a) Only the designated vehicle (WUA 9836) is permitted to enter the project site.
b) Visitor shall park his/her car at the dedicated car park area.
c) Developer’s representative will pick up visitors from the car park area.
d) Visitor will be invited to take the passenger hoist to mock units located at Level 13.
e) Visitor must not bring in food/drink/pet during the visit.
f) Visitor must not take any photo/videography during the visit.
g) Visitor shall only be permitted to go to the mock units at Level 13, and must not
wandering around during the visit.

3. Others Terms and Conditions

3.1 The management reserves the right to add, amend, delete or vary the terms and conditions for
site visit at Duta Park, Jalan Kuching at any time without advance notice to visitor.

3.2 The management reserves the right to deny entry for any visitor at its sole and absolute
discretion without require to provide reason.
