The candidates who are provisionally allotted under IBPS-CRP-RRB-XI (2022-23) to this Bank
for the post of Officer Scale-I are advised to report on the date mentioned against their names
in the Annexure-I for Bio-metric & Certificate verification.

The intimation/offer letters have been sent to the above candidates to their registered e-mail ID
with instructions to report at the following address to the Chief Manager (PER & HRD) on the
date mentioned above for verification of original testimonials pertaining to eligibility criteria,
Medical Reports and Bio-metric verification.

 The candidates are advised to bring Ten latest Passport size color photographs with them.

 The candidates are advised to produce COVID-19 Vaccination certificate for two doses.

Please find the following formats on our Bank’s website in Careers:

1. Bio data cum attestation form is to be downloaded from our Bank’s website, to be
filled and submitted in triplicate at the time of reporting along with three sets of
educational qualification and study certificates, etc. attested by Gazetted officer.
2. Affidavit form to be submitted duly filled in and notarized by a Notary, by the
candidates.
3. Undertaking form to serve anywhere in the area of operation of the Bank.
4. SC/ST/OBC/EWS cast certificate formats.
5. Medical Certificate in the format as placed on our website, to be submitted by the
candidates along with the medical reports duly certified by Government Civil
Surgeon / Asst. Civil Surgeon. They may undergo Medical tests at the Diagnostic
centers, referred by the Civil Surgeon / Asst. Civil Surgeon at their places. Please note
that candidates will not be allowed for Bio- metric/Certificate verification
without producing medical Certificate / Report.

Candidates are strictly advised to test for COVID-19 (RT-PCR test) on or after 16.02.2023 and
the test report (if NEGATIVE) should be submitted at the time of reporting. If tested
“Positive”, the candidates are advised, „not to report‟ on the said date and intimate the
same along with COVID-19 positive report to this office by email on or before
19.02.2023 from their registered email-id, so as to enable us to advise them suitably.

a) Education Qualifications (SSC, Intermediate, Degree (Original Degree / Provisional

Certificate) etc. certificates to be scanned separately in PDF) (Size: 200 kb or below)
b) Aadhar Card (PDF) (Size: 200 kb or below)
c) PAN (PDF) (Size: 200 kb or below)
d) Caste Certificate (PDF) (Size: 200 kb or below)
e) Disability Certificate (PDF) (Size: 200 kb or below)
f) Professional Qualifications (JAIIB / CAIIB) (PDF) (Size: 200 kb or below)
g) Passport Size photo soft copy (JPEG) (Size: 100 kb or below)

We advised you to scan all the documents separately & strictly you should bring all above
documents softcopies in PEN DRIVE only.

All the candidates have to undergo Bio-metric verification by IBPS at the venue.

After verification of Bio-metric, Certificates and Medical reports, the Candidates will be sent
back on the same day and if they are found fit, appointment letters will be issued at appropriate
time.

Every candidate shall execute a bond agreeing to pay of Rs.1,50,000/- in the event of his/her
resignation from the Bank’s service during probation period. This will be in addition to the
provisions of Regulation 10 of Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (Officers and employees)
Service Regulations-2010.
