THE FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR :

 Average for price land IDR 700.000/m2

 Acquisition of land for the first phase of 10 hectares of IDR 70,000,000,000
 Land acquisition for the second phase of 28 hectares IDR 196,000,000,000

The total value of the required funds is IDR 266,000,000,000. - The funds are allocated for
land acquisition for IJEN HOLISTIC PARK.

PROFIT:
The profit that can be obtained is from :
• Resorts
• Hospitals
• Agriculture
• Edu tourism tickets
• Retired
• Adventure Activities
• Product (Essential Oil, Skincare, Herbal, Perfume)
• Art & Cultural Theatre

Profit sharing will be shared with investors with profit sharing as follows:

Before break even point :

 Investors 70%
 Developers 30%

After break even point :

 Investor 30%
 Developer 70%

Developer / Project Executor.

HNG COMPANY Is looking for investors to accelerate the realization of the project health
& wellness tourism in Banyuwangi.

EXPERIENCE: HNG COMPANY Has experience in developing nature-based tourism

areas (Edu tourism' Health & Wellness tourism' Resorts as well as having a domestic &
international market for property' argro & livestock).

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Joint Account to receive payment of profit sharing results
• The agreement will be drawn up in front of a notary
