guest again good morning!

Lately, times have been tough. We have all sacrificed (walay gipili
mapabata or tiguwang).

We have seen uncertainty rise but in the midst of uncertainty, we have

survived.

These challenging times have tested our character but we have not
backed down.

Know that we have been through the worst, and it always gets better.

So, in-behalf of Hon. Edmundo A. Samson, Punong Barangay of Brgy.

Ward 3, It is our greatest aspirations to cooperate and support the
MINGLANILLA CENTRAL SCHOOL as it soars high to promote
collaboration and resiliency in Basic Education. Let’s work hand in
hand , “TUGON SA HAMON NG LIGTAS NA BALIK-ARAL”.
