The rationale behind this test puts emphasis on individual dissimilarities, considered important in the
adjustment of instructions throughout the course period.

(1) Take the online test seriously via https://personalitymax.com to generate a reliable report about
your (1) Personality Type (2) Multiple Intelligences (3) Learning Styles and (4) Brain
Hemispheres. Please check the tick boxes to process the questions on these areas of your
personality.

(2) Complete the test by providing your complete name. The system will prompt you to do so.
(3) Save a screenshot copy of the report (only the part showing the summary – the topmost area).

(4) Copy the report url (link) in the “Sharing and Saving Your Report” section. Your instructor will click
the web link for verification of your test report.

(5) Using the template, provide your “Self-Understanding Explanations” in not more than 10
sentences based from the personality report. Use your own words in writing.

(7) You are instructed to encode your name in appropriate grouping of your most dominant Multiple
