Place of the Event

The Philippine College of Criminology was founded in 1954 by Justice


Felix Angelo Bautista to provide high-quality education in criminology to
produce competent and skilled professionals who would serve the
country with integrity and honor. Under his leadership, the school
established itself as a reputable institution for criminology education in
the Philippines. Today, the Philippine College of Criminology continues to
uphold its mission of providing excellent education and training in
criminology to produce highly competent and ethical law enforcement

Access and Security

Upon entering the campus, the resident security


team will inspect the bags of the participants before
entering the premises of the campus.
There will be also a Registration Table outside the
Gymnasium, the participants will receive their Event
ID and a Customized Notebook that will be served as
Freebies.
There will be Ushers and Usherettes inside the
Gymnasium.

EVENT CONTRACT BETWEEN MILLENNIAL EVENT SOLUTIONS


AND PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF CRIMINOLOGY

This Event Contract is made and entered into on April 15, 2023 by and between Millennial
Event Solutions, with its principal place of business at 123 Ampid, San Mateo, Rizal (Event
Organizer), and the Philippine College of Criminology, with its principal place of business at 641
Sales St. Sta. Cruz, Manila (Client).

1. EVENT DETAILS
The Event Organizer agrees to organize and conduct an event for the Client on July 17,
2023 from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon at the Philippine College of Criminology Campus,
located at 641 Sales St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.

2. SERVICES
The Event Organizer agrees to provide the following services for the Event:
Event planning and coordination
Event set-up and tear-down
Sound system and lighting equipment
Event entertainment
Catering and food service
Other services as agreed upon by the parties

3. VENUE AND SECURITY


The Client agrees to provide the Event Organizer with access to the Philippine College of
Criminology campus for the Event, including the use of the venue (Gymnasium) and
security services, free of charge. The Client shall ensure that the venue is clean and well-
maintained, and that security personnel are present to ensure that safety of all attendees.

4. PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the Event Organizer the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Pesos as compensation for the services provided under this Contract. Payment shall be
made in two terms, 60% before the event and the remaining 40% will be made after the
event.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
The Event Organizer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Client, its officers,
directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs, and
liabilities arising out of or related to the Event or the Event Organizer's performance under
this Contract.

6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the other party in the event
of a breach of any material term of this Contract by the other party.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE


This Contract shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the
Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved in the
appropriate court located in the Philippines.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the
subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and
understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.

EVENT CATERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Catering Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on May 4, 2023
by and between Tamayo's Catering Services, with its principal place of business at Ground Floor,
Plaza San Luis General Luna St., Intramuros, Manila, ("Caterer") and Millennial Event Solutions,
with its principal place of business at 123 Ampid, San Mateo, Rizal, ("Organizer")

1. EVENT DETAILS
The Event Organizer has engaged the Caterer to provide catering services for an event to
be held on July 17, 2023, at the Philippine College of Criminology Campus, located at 641
Sales St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.

2. MENU
The Caterer agrees to provide the following menu items for the Event:
Morning Snacks:
Baked Mac
Onion Bread
Watermelon Juice

Lunch:
Beef Mushroom
Chicken Teriyaki
Breaded Fish Fillet with Tartar Sauce
Lasagna
Rice
Four Season Juice
Fruit Salad

3. SERVICES
The Caterer agrees to provide the following services for the Event:

Preparation and delivery of the menu items


Set up and clean up of the food service area
Provision of serving staff as necessary
Provision of tables and chairs
4. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

The Event Organizer agrees to pay the Caterer the sum of Forty-Five Thousand Pesos for
the catering services provided under this Agreement. Payment shall be made one term
only which is on June 15, 2023. In the event that the Event is cancelled by the Organizer,
the Caterer will refund Thirty Thousand Pesos to the Organizer within two weeks before
the scheduled date of the event.

5. LIABILITY
The Caterer shall be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the Organizer or the
Organizer's guests caused by the Caterer or the Caterer's employees or agents. The
Caterer shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against such liability.

6. INDEMNIFICATION
The Caterer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers,
directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs, and
liabilities arising out of or related to the Caterer's performance under this Agreement.

7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party in the
event of a breach of ant material term of this Agreement by the other party.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the
appropriate court located in the Philippines.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the
subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and
understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.

SOUND SYSTEM SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Sound System Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on May
12, 2023 by and between Soundwave Sound System and Lights, with its principal place of
business at 116 ML Tagarao St., Ilayang Iyam, Lucena, Quezon, ("Supplier") and Millennial Event
Solutions, with its principal place of business at 123 Ampid, San Mateo, Rizal, ("Event
Organizer")

1. EVENT DETAILS
The Event Organizer has engaged the Supplier to provide sound system services for an
event to be held on July 17, 2023, at the Philippine College of Criminology Campus,
located at 641 Sales St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.
2. SERVICES
The Supplier agrees to provide the following sound system services for the Event:

3. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
The Event Organizer agrees to pay the Caterer the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos for the
sound system services provided under this Agreement. Payment shall be made in two
terms, 50% is on June 15, 2023, and the other 50% is on July 17, 2023, after the event. In
the event that the Event is cancelled by the Organizer three (3) weeks before the event
date, the Supplier will refund the whole amount of the down payment, but if the Organizer
cancelled the event 2 weeks before the event date, the Supplier will refund 40% only of the
down payment.

4. LIABILITY
The Caterer shall be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the Organizer or the
Organizer's guests caused by the Caterer or the Caterer's employees or agents. The
