Subject: Quotation for the Civil works for proposed G+2 Residential Bungalow @ kalali,
Vadodara
Dear Sir,
With reference to our earlier conversation, we are pleased to give our quotation for the
above work.
The schedule of rates is as follows:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) Clarifications:
a. Our scope of work includes the activities mentioned in the BOQ.
b. The rates are valid for 10 ft. slab height, rate has to be revised if slab height is
increased.
c. All kind of earth work is out of our scope.
d. We reserve the right to revise any of our rates subjected to the Design
changes & architectural drawing changes.
e. Out side of slab area any architectural design charge extra.
f. All RCC work will be executed as per IS 456.
g. All welding works, mechanical equipment’s fixing, anchoring, grouting, re baring,
core cutting etc. Needs to be done at any joint to be done by client.
 h. Dewatering from any kind of trench is out of our sco++pe.

2) Payment terms:
a) Token acceptance of RS. 51,111.00 to be paid by client.
b) 100% Payment has to be made within 5days after raising the bill.
c) All taxes extra as applicable.
d) Mode of payment must be the cash only.

3) Shuttering material to be used:

a. For Slab and colum:
i. For beam bottom & sides: wooden planks for beam bottom & plates for
sides to be supported on wooden supporting system.
ii. For slab: standard steel plates to be supported on wooden supporting
system.
4) Validity:
a. Above quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

5) Facilities to be provided from Client:

a. Water supply, Necessary Electric supply to be provided from client on site as
and when required on particular location as agreed by contractor’s
representative.
b. 3 phase line or higher electricity requirements must be fulfilled by client.

6) All areas are subject to re-measure upon completion. Any item other than
mentioned in the BOQ (Schedule of rates) will be charged extra at pre-agreed
rates.
