My On-The-Job Training experience in GFI College is

very short but very meaningful.

I learned a lot of things in every little thing that I handled.

This experience made me realize how passionate and patient

I should be in the future. The person who serves as my mentor set an

example on how to be a great Human Resource Officer,

I learned a lot of things by her teaching and also from my observation.

I learned that the career I’ve chosen is not simple for I am handling workers

who have different personalities and beliefs. I learned that if I want

them to respect me I should also respect them as the saying goes

“Respect begets respect”. It can also be helpful to always be fair in

everything and in the decisions we make. This thing that I learned

will forever be engraved in my mind and heart for it is the time that I

realize how fulfilling it is to be an HR.
