AT THE ZOO

Ali and his family went to the zoo. They bought him an ice-cream. Then, he ran to greet his
animal friends. Suddenly, he stopped running. There was a new cage for an orangutan.

Ali laughed happily and started jumping up and down. The orangutan imitated his actions.
Ali was surprised. Ali scratched his head and the orangutan did the same. Ali was so happy.
He decided to share the ice-cream with the orangutan.

Ali handed the ice-cream to the orangutan. It grabbed the ice-cream. It would not let go
Ali’s hand. Ali would not let go too. He wanted his ice-cream back. Ali's parents were
running towards him. They shouted to Ali and told him to let go the ice-cream.

The zoo warden heard the commotion. He came to see what was happening. He quickly
took a stick and rattled it against the cage. He wanted to distract the orangutan. Another
warden threw some food into its cage.

At last, the orangutan let go Ali’s hand. Ali was crying because his hand was bleeding. His
parents comforted him. The zoo wardens applied some medicine on Ali's hand and
bandaged it. They told Ali not to feed the animals in the zoo ever again.
