About Me

So you want to know about me, great its a lot of great things to uncover. In my

introduction to this class I told a small amount about myself and I’m willing to share more. My

name is Ashlynn and Im 20 years old, I was born in Galveston Texas on April 13th 2003. I have a

loving father who is my bestie and a loving mother as well. I have an older sister who is literally

my ride or die. Growing up I was always a fun person. I feel like I bring joy to any room I step

in. As Ive gotten older I really took a liking into volleyball. I started playing club volleyball at

the age of 7 and from there it was wraps. In high school I was on varsity all 4 years, to end up

with a volleyball scholarship to lee college. The first two years of college was super hard but I

gotten use to multitasking with playing volleyball and schoolwork. I recently graduated with my

associates degree and now I will be transferring to the Alcorn State University to play volleyball.

Other than volleyball I’m really into beauty, food and social media,

First, beauty I love makeup, hair, nails and fashion. I love sitting in the mirror and

practicing makeup looks cause I am a local MUA (makeup artist). When it comes to hair I

always keep it done I recently just but some long braids in with some curly pieces. Lastly

fashion, im really big on fashon cause its another way I express myself. My style is street wear, I

mainly get my style from Teyana Taylor. Her style is very edgy and chic it mainly brings out her

personality. Next food, I love to try new food places, recently ive tried a place called main chick

and it’s a chicken sandwich place that lets you male your own. By far my favorite place ive tried

was Two Hands Korean Corndogs. It’s the best thing on the planet they have a potato corndog

you can fill the corndogs with either cheese or sausage. I found it on TikTok so if you want more

Finally, this semester has been crazy cause I have so many classes I’ve taken, I took 3

classes which is Humanities, World History and Psychology. Out of all my classes the hardest

was Psychology because its so many things to remember, but it was very interesting. All my

classes literally tested me because I’m so bad with time management sometimes I forget I have

work to do in certain classes. Not only that I have a busy life outside of school so I try my

hardest to manage. This class has taught me so much about what humanities is and how things

can relate to our everyday life, history and art which I found it to be very interesting and this

class was a great speed for me cause this class wasn’t very stressful.
