1. पद अथायी ह%, ?कतु इनके अिनि@त काल तक जारी रहने क* संभावना है।
The posts are temporary, but likely to continue Indefinitely.
2. अिधकतम आयु सीमा "दनांक 30.05.2023 तक 35 वष0 है, ले"कन अनुसूिचत जाित के अEयFथय के िलए आयु सीमा म 5 वषG क* तथा अ8य

िपछड़े वग0 के अEयFथय को 3 वषG क* छूट, उनके िलए आरि7त पद हेतु दी जाएगी। भूतपूव0-सैिनक, बचमाक0 "दIांगता वाले IिJ, िवभागीय

अEयथK, मेधावी िखलाड़ी, िवधवाएँ, तलाक़शुदा िOयाँ तथा अपने पितय से वैध <प से अलग PQ िOयाँ जो पुनFववािहत नहR ह%, समय-समय

पर भारत सरकार Sारा जारी आदेश के अनुसार, अिधकतम आयु सीमा म छूट के पा! हगी। सभी पद के िलए 8यूनतम आयु सीमा18 वष0 है।

अनारि7त पद के िलए आवेदन करने वाले अ.जा/अ.ज.जा/अ.िप.व के अEयFथय को अिधकतम आयु सीमा म छूट लागू नहR है। ज8म ितिथ के

संदभ0 म पा!ता िनवत है:

Maximum Age limit as on 30.05.2023 is 35 years, but relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC candidates and 3 years
for OBC candidates for posts reserved for them. Candidates coming under other categories viz. Ex-servicemen,
Persons With Benchmark Disabilities, Departmental candidates, Meritorious sportspersons, Widows, Divorced
women and women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried are eligible for age
relaxation as per Govt. of India orders issued on the subject from time to time. Minimum Age limit is 18 years for all
posts. Age relaxation is not applicable to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against Un-reserved posts. Eligibility with

3. 3 वष का िड लोमा/ ातक क िनधारत योयता कसी मायता ा राय बोड/िविव ालय/सं"थान से होनी चािहए।
The prescribed qualification of 3 year Diploma/Degree should be from any recognized State
Board/University/Institutions.

4. ारंभ म* तैनाती का "थान एल पी एस सी का कोई भी यूिनट होगा, लेकन आव,यकता पड़ने पर पदधारी को भारत म* ि"थत इसरो या अंतर.
िवभाग के कसी भी क* / या यूिनट म* तैनात कया जा सकता है।
Initially the place of posting will be in any of the Units of LPSC, but the incumbents are liable to be posted in any of
the Centres or Units of ISRO or Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required.

5. इसरो म* तकनीक सहायक0 के िलए कै रयर म* उ3ित, योयता पदो3ित योजना पर आधारत है, िजसके अंतगत रि7य0 पर िबना िवचार कए
िनधारत कायकाल के बाद कमचारय0 क समी.ा क जाती है एवं उह* योयता के आधार पर अगले 8ेड म* पदो3त कया जाता है।
Career advancement for Technical Assistants in ISRO is based on Merit Promotion Scheme where the employees
are reviewed and promoted to next grade on merit after a prescribed residency period without reference to
vacancies.

6. क* / सरकार के आदेश0 के अनुसार, इसरो के कमचारय0 को "वयं एवं आि:त0 के िलए िचक;सा सुिवधा, सहायताा क< टीन, गृह िनमाण अि8म,
छु Aी याBा रयायत, राCीय प*शन णाली एवं अय सामािजक सुर.ा उपाय - जैसे आकषक लाभ भी दान कए जाते ह<।
Attractive benefits such as Medical Facilities for self and dependents, Subsidized Canteen, House Building
Advance, Leave Travel Concession, National Pension System and other social security measures are also provided
to ISRO employees as per Central Government Orders.

7. अय िपछड़े वग के अDयEथय0 के संबंध म*, आर.ण िसफ उन अDयEथय0 के िलए उपलGध होगा जो Hमी लेयर क :ेणी म* नहI आते ह<। अय
िपछड़े वग के माण-पB म* Hमी लेयर क :ेणी से बाहर होने संबंधी अनुJछेद िवशेष Kप से शािमल होना चािहए तथा यह िनयत समय पर
अ ितत एवं वैध होना चािहए।
In respect of OBC Candidates, reservation will be available only to candidates, who do not fall in the Creamy Layer.
OBC certificates must specifically include the clause regarding exclusion from Creamy Layer and should be
updated/ valid at the relevant point of time.

8. आिथक Kप से कमज़ोर वग (ई डGMयू एस) के अधीन आवेदन करने वाले अDयEथय0 Oारा डी ओ पी टी के का.Pा.सं. 36039/1/2019-"था (रेस.)
दनांक 31.01.2019 के िनधारत फॉमRट म* स.म ािधकारी Oारा जारी आय एवं परसंपिS माण-पB 30.05.2023 (यानी आवेदन "तुत
करने क अंितम ितिथ) तक या उससे पहले ा कया होना चािहए। उपयु7 का.Pा. के साथ डी ओ पी टी का पB सं. No.43011/11/2022-
Estt.(Res-II) दनांक 19.09.2022 म* अनुबंिधत शत का अनुपालन न कए जाने क ि"थित म*, ई डGMयू एस के अधीन आरि.त पद का दावा
"वीकार नहI कया जाएगा और यद अDयथU सामाय (अना.) :ेणी क सभी पाBता शत को पूरा करते ह<, तो ऐसे अDयEथय0 क
अDयEथता/आवेदन पर िवचार के वल सामाय (अना.) :ेणी क रि7य0 के अधीन कया जाएगा।
The Candidates applying against Economically Weaker Section (EWS) vacancy should have obtained Income and
Asset Certificate issued on or before 30.05.2023 (i.e., last date of submission of application) by the Competent
Authority in the format prescribed in DOPT OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res), dated 31.01.2019. In case of non-
compliance of the conditions stipulated in the aforesaid OM read along with DOPT letter No.43011/11/2022-
Estt.(Res-II) dated 19.09.2022, the claim for reserved status under EWS will not be entertained and
candidature/application of such candidates, if fulfilling all the eligibility conditions for General(UR) category will be
considered under General (UR) vacancies only.

Those who possess the required qualifications as on 30.05.2023 only need apply.

10. चयन
या/SELECTION PROCESS

चयन Hया म* (1) िलिखत परी.ा और (2) कौशल परी.ा शािमल ह<।
The Selection process consists of (1) Written test and (2) Skill test.

लखत पर
ा Written test:

सवथम 80 बZिवकMपीय [0 (िजनम* से ;येक [ सही उSर के िलए 1 अंक का होगा) के साथ 90 िमनट क अविध के िलए िलिखत परी.ा
संचािलत क जाएगी। ;येक गलत उSर के िलए 0.33 ऋणा;मक अंक होगा। िलिखत परी.ा का पा^Hम पा^चया पर आधारत होगा और
परी.ा इस कार संचािलत क जाएगी क िनधारत पा^चया के िव"तार एवं गहराई को सि`मिलत करते Zये अDयथU के सैaाितक एवं
ायोिगक Pान का परी.ण कया जा सके ।

 The written test of 90 minutes duration will be conducted first with 80 multiple choice questions carrying one mark
for each correct answer. There will be a negative marking of 0.33 mark for each wrong answer. The syllabus of
written test shall be curriculum based and the test will be conducted in such a way that theoretical and practical
knowledge of the candidate is tested covering both breadth and depth of the prescribed curriculum.
कौशल परीा/Skill test:
िलिखत परी.ा म* दशन के आधार पर, 1:5 के अनुपात म* कम-से-कम 10 अDयथU कौशल परी.ा के िलए चयिनत कए जाएँगे। कौशल परी.ा
िवशुa Kप से ‘गो-नो-गो’ के आधार पर होगी और कौशल परी.ा म* ा अंक चयन के िलए नहI माने जाएंगे।
Based on the performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for skill test in the 1:5 ratio with a
minimum of 10 candidates. The skill test will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in the skill test will
not be considered for selection.
िवशुa Kप से िलिखत परी.ा म* ा अंक0 के आधार पर ही अहता-ा अDयEथय0 म* से अंितम चयन कया जाएगा। िलिखत परी.ा म* ा
अंक0 के Hम म* कौशल परी.ा म* उSीण अDयEथय0 से चयन पैनल तैयार कया जाएगा। िलिखत परी.ा के अंक बराबर होने पर अिधसूिचत अहता
के शैि.क अंक टाई-cेकर ह0गे।
The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates, purely based on the scores obtained in the written
test. From amongst candidates who qualify in the skill test, select panel will be drawn in the order of marks obtained
in the written test. In case of a tie in the written test scores, the academic scores of the notified qualification will be
the tie-breaker.

candidates belonging to EWS category are entitled to selection similar to the standards of selection adopted for
unreserved candidates.

11. िनधारत योयता ही यूनतम आव,यकता है तथा यह अDयEथय0 को िलिखत परी.ा के िलए "वतः पाB नहI बना देती।
The qualification prescribed is the MINIMUM requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates
eligible for written test.

12. कौशल परी.ा के िलए बाहर से बुलाए गए अDयEथय0 को, सबसे छोटे माग Oारा तय क गई याBा के रेलवे टकट "तुत करने पर आने/जाने के
िOतीय :ेणी के रेल कराए का भुगतान कया जाएगा, या यद वे इसके िलए भारतीय रे लवे Oारा दS मुeत छू ट का लाभ नहI उठा रहे ह< तो
उह* बस टकट "तुत करने पर बस कराए का भुगतान कया जाएगा।
Outstation candidates called for Skill Test will be paid to and fro Second Class Railway fare by the shortest route
on production of railway ticket or bus fare on production of bus ticket in case they are not availing the free
concession offered by Indian Railways for the purpose.

13. क* /ीय/राय सरकार, सावजिनक .ेB के उपHम, "वायS िनकाय आद के अधीन कायरत अDयEथय0 को वतमान िनयो7ा को सूिचत कर अपना
आवेदन "तुत करना होगा एवं उह* िनयो7ा Oारा जारी अनापिS माण-पB "तुत करने पर ही िलिखत परी.ा/कौशल परी.ा म* उपि"थत होने
क अनुमित दी जाएगी।
Candidates working in Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous bodies etc. have to
apply under intimation to their present employer and they will be allowed to attend the written test/skill test only on
production of No Objection Certificate from their employer.

14. अDयEथय0 को कौशल परी.ा के समय उनके आवेदन म* "तुत िववरण0 के साgय के Kप म* मूल द"तावेज स;यापन हेतु "तुत करने ह0गे। वैसे
से

 Candidates will have to produce original documents as proof of the details furnished in their application at the time
of Skill Test for verification. Those who fail to produce the said documents will not be allowed to attend the
skill test and Travelling Allowance will not be paid.

Intimations to eligible candidates for Written Test, Skill Test etc. will be sent through e-mail/LPSC website
only. For this purpose, candidates are required to furnish their e-mail ID CORRECTLY and COMPULSORILY
while submitting the application.

16. इस संबंध म* कसी भी कार के अंतरम पBाचार पर िवचार नहI कया जाएगा।
No interim correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

17. के वल भारतीय नागरक ही आवेदन कर* ।

Only Indian Nationals need apply.

18. क* / पद0 म* से कसी भी पद को न भरने का अिधकार रखता है, यद यह ऐसा िनणय लेता है।
The Centre reserves the right not to fill-up any of the posts, if it so decides.

19. कसी भी कार का प.-चार अपाBता माना जाएगा।

Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

20. एक से अिधक पद0 के िलए आवेदन करने हेतु इJछु क अDयथU ;येक पद के िलए अलग आवेदन कर*।
Those intending to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post.

21. िविनhदi पूण जानकारी, फोटो, ह"ता.र आद के िबना "तुत आवेदन सरसरी तौर पर िनर"त कर दए जाएंगे।
Applications submitted without complete information, photo, signature etc. as specified will summarily be rejected.

22. सरकार एक ऐसा काय1दल बनाने का

23. कैसे आवेदन कर /How to apply.

• आवेदन के वल ऑन-लाइन माjयम से ही "वीकार कए जाएंगे।
Applications will be received ON-LINE ONLY.
• ऑन-लाइन भतU पोटल दनांक 16.05.2023 को अपरा=न 1400 बजे से दनांक 30.05.2023 को अपरा=न 1400 बजे तक उपलGध
रहेगा।
The On-line Recruitment Portal will be available from 1400 hrs on 16.05.2023 to 1400 hrs on 30.05.2023.

• फोटो@ाफ क. अपलो9डग/Uploading Photograph

a) अपलोड कए गए फोटो म* अDयथU का चेहरा साफ दखना चािहए।
Uploaded photo should clearly show the face of the applicant.

b) फोटो का बैक8ाउं ड ेत या अय कसी हMके रं ग का होना चािहए।

The background should be white or any other light colour.

c) आँख* "पi दखनी चािहए तथा काले च,मे से ढंक नहI होनी चािहए।
The eyes should be clearly visible and not covered by dark glasses.

d) वे आवेदन, िजनम* अपलोड कए गए फोटो से आवेदक0 क ठीक से पहचान नहI क जा सकती, अमाय माने जाएंगे।
Applications in which the applicant cannot be clearly identified using the uploaded photo will be considered
invalid.

e) अिधकतम फाइल साइज़ 40 के बी तक िनधारत है।

Maximum file size permitted is 40 KB.

f) अपलोड कया गया फोटो जे पी जी/जे पी ई जी फॉमRट म* होना चािहए।

Uploaded image should be in JPG/JPEG format.

 g) फोटो क ऊंचाई एवं चौड़ाई (िवभेदन) 95 िपlसल या उससे अिधक तथा 100 िपlसल या उससे कम होनी चािहए।
The Height and Width (resolution) of the photo should each be greater than or equal to 95 pixels & less than
or equal to 100 pixels.

h) फाइल के नाम क लंबाई (एlट*शन सिहत) 25 या इससे कम वण क होनी चािहए।

The length of the file name (including extension) should be less than or equal to 25 characters.

i) फाइल के नाम म* के वल वण एवं संmयाएँ होनी चािहए।

File name should have only alphabets and numbers.

j) यद आप फोटो बदलना चाहते ह<, तो कृ पया cाउज़ कर नये फोटो का चयन कर* ।
If you want to change your photo, please browse and select a new photo.

k) आवेदक को यह सुिनिoत करना होगा क के वल वायरस-मु7 फोटो ही अपलोड कया गया है। यद अपलोड कए गए फोटो म* कोई
मैलवेयर पाया जाता है, तो आवेदन अमाय माना जाएगा।
Applicant should ensure that only virus free image is uploaded. In case, any malware is detected in the
uploaded photo, the application will be considered as invalid.

Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line registration number and candidates are
advised to note down the registration number for future reference.

24. आवेदन शुFक का भुगतान/Payment of Application fee

• ार`भ म* सभी आवेदक0 को समान Kप से आवेदान शुMक के Kप म* `750/
750/- (मा( सात सौ पचास
पचास 2पये) का भुगतान करना होगा।

Initially, all applicants have to uniformly pay `750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) as application fee.
• शुMक से छू ट ा :ेिणय0 के अDयEथय0 (मिहला/अ.जा./अ.ज.जा/पी डGMयू बी डी/भूतपूव सैिनक) को पूरा शुMक वापस कर दया जाएगा।

Candidates belonging to fee-exempted categories (Female/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) will be refunded full fee.

• अय अDयEथय0 को आवेदन शुMक का `250/ 00/- वापस कर दया जाएगा।
250/- रखकर शेष `500/-

Other candidates will be refunded `500/- after retaining the application fee of `250/-.
• उ"ह$ अय+थय, को शुFक-वापसी क. जाएगी जो िलिखत परीा म सि:मिलत ह,गे।
Grant of refund will be considered only to such candidates who appear for the written test.
• शुMक-वापसी एस बी आई ई-पे के जरये (उसी माjयम से िजस माjयम से अDयथU ने आवेदन शुMक का भुगतान कया है) या संबंिधत खात0 म*,
ि"थित के अनुसार, क जाएगी।
Refund will be made through SBI ePay (in the same mode in which the candidate paid the application fee) or to the respective
Bank accounts, as the case may be.
• इसके िलए, आवेदन करते समय आपके खाते का िववरण अिनवाय Kप से िवi कया जाना चािहए।
For this purpose, your Bank account details should be invariably entered while applying.
• शुMक से छू ट ा :ेिणय0 के अDयEथय0 (अ.जा./अ.जजा/दpांग/भूतपूव सैिनक) को शुMक वापस लेने के िलए उपयु7 माण-पB ऑनलाइन
भतU पोटल पर अपलोड करने ह0गे। मिहला अDयEथय0 को शुMक वापस लेने के िलए कोई भी माण-पB अपलोड करने क आव,यकता नहI है।
Candidates belonging to fee exempted categories have to upload applicable certificate (SC/ST/Disability/ Ex-Servicemen) in
the Online Recruitment Portal for fee refund. Female candidates need not upload any certificates for the purpose of fee
refund.
• अDयथU ऑन-लाइन आवेदन "तुत करने के तुरंत बाद एस बी आई ई-पे सुिवधा का उपयोग कर शुMक का भुगतान कर सकते ह<। यद अDयथU
शुMक का भुगतान बाद म* करना चाहते ह<, तो वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन पंजीकरण क समाि (31.05.2023 को 1400 बजे तक) के अगले दन
तक शुMक का भुगतान ऑनलाइन भतU पोटल पर उपलGध ‘भुगतान कर’ िवकMप पर िlलक करके कर सकते ह<। भुगतान का कोई और माjयम
"वीकार नहI कया जाएगा।
Candidates can make the payment on-line immediately after submitting the on-line application using SBI ePay facility. If the
candidate wishes to make the payment later, he/she can pay the fee upto the next day of closure of On-line Application
Registration (i.e., upto 1400 hrs on 31.05.2023) by clicking ‘Make payment’ option available in the on-line recruitment portal.
No other mode of payment will be accepted.

Please note that on successful completion of online registration, the candidates need not send any documents
including application printouts, copies of certificates, payment receipts, etc. to LPSC.

• राCीय वृिS सेवा (एन सी एस) पोटल के अंतगत पंजीकृ त तथा योयता शत को पूरा करने वाले अDयथU एल पी एस सी के वेबसाइट पर जाएँ
तथा उपयु7 उसी आवेदन Hया का अनुसरण कर*।

• दनांक 16.05.2023 को 1400 बजे से ऑनलाइन आवेदन पंजीकरण शुK होगा।
Online application registration starts from 1400 hrs on 16.05.2023.

• दनांक 30.05.2023 को 1400 बजे ऑनलाइन आवेदन पंजीकरण बंद हो जाएगा।

Online application registration closes at 1400 hrs on 30.05.2023.

• आवेदन शुFक का भुगतान दनांक 31.05.2023 को 1400 बजे तक समाK हो जाएगा।

Payment of application fee closes at 1400 hrs on 31.05.2023.
