1)After you logged in our website, please click button “QUOTE”

2)Please click the button “FIND A PRICE”

3)Please move to “Ocean Prices or Sealand Maersk Spot” and click the
button “OCEAN PRINCES OR SEALAND MAERSK SPOT”

 4)Input your shipment details and click the button “SEARCH”

5)If you want to book multiple type container, please click “+ADD
ADDITIONAL CONTAINER”

 3.Price and relevant information
Check
1)Price check
If SPOT rate is available, you can find the quotation marked as
“Sealand Spot Rate” on the left.

2)Price and Schedule check

Please choose your schedule, click the button
”VIEW PRICE & SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN“
to check the rate details & Vessel name , voyage, etc.

 3)Detention and Demurrage check
Please click the button “here” then you can download the Detention &
Demurrage Terms.

 Select import country and import location/ Commodity to check
the Detention & Demurrage as below

4)Penalty information check

Please click the button “the latest information regarding penalty fees here”
then you can download the penalty fee information

 Select export country / import country /check the penalty fee information

 4.SPOT BOOKING
Once the “CHECK” is done, if you would like to book Spot shipment with our
website, Please click the button “BOOK”

1)SPOT BOOKING for SINGLETYPE container

Example:40 Dry Standard as below

 *If you want to book Spot shipment with INTTRA or EDI，please
input Rate ID as your service contract number.

After clicking the button “BOOK”, SSIB Booking Page will be loaded for
booking with single container type.
Please input all necessary information as usual.

 Product will appear once again. Please select preferred
SEALAND SPOT product and click the button “BOOK”

 Please continue to input details, such as Haulage, parties(*) and VAS
*Verify Copy(B/L Draft) are based on Shipping instruction customers
submit, not base on below

 Please make sure all the details are input then click “REVIEW
BOOKING”

Please review Booking Information/Sailing Selection and

Additional Details, if all information is confirmed correctly input,
please click button “SUBMIT BOOKING”

 Please CONFIRM the Cargo Confirmation

Booking process finishes and you will find your shipment number
in the red highlight. Booking Confirmation will be delivered to your
register email address once the required checking process is
completed.

 If you would like to place a new booking, please click the button “NEW
BOOKING”

 2)SPOT BOOKING for MULTIPLE TYPE container
Example:40 Dry Standard +20 Dry Standard as below

*If you want to book Spot shipment with INTTRA or EDI , for
multiple container type with multiple Rate ID，
please combine them with “/” ，such
as“P_76979505/P_76979501”

 Please select your preferred schedule then click “BOOK”

After clicking the button “BOOK”, SSP Booking Page will be loaded for
booking with multiple container type. Please “EDIT” as usual.
Demurrage and Detention Freetime information is available by clicking
“HERE”

 Please click “CONTINUE” to move to Booking Summary Page

When click “Sealand SPOT Terms & Conditions”,

Please click “ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS” then “SUBMIT

BOOKING”

 Booking process finishes and you will find your shipment number
in the red highlight. Booking Confirmation will be delivered to your
register email address once the required checking process is
completed.
