I am writing this letter to request your understanding regarding the absence

from April 11-13, 2023. During that time the following list of students are
participating in the Miss Philippines Earth Mindanao Pageant as Official candidates
under the LGU of Bislig City Surigao Del Sur,which is a significant opportunity for us
to represent our Locality and showcase our culture.

This pageant aims to promote environmental awareness and conservation,

and we are honored to have been given the opportunity to be a part of it. It is a
significant platform to advocate for a cause that is close to the heart of Bisliganon ,
and we believe that the participation will contribute to raising awareness about the
importance of protecting our planet.

We apologize for any inconvenience that the absence of the students may
cause, but we assure you that we have made arrangements to ensure that the work
will not be disrupted.
