 Supervise all operational matters on behalf of Head of Campus (MS)
 Manage the roster of administration department for smooth working of
hospital.

 Developing and managing the operations of In-house transport
department and staff transportation outsource contractor.
 Directing/monitoring activities of staff in relation to transportation
operations including dispatching, routing and tracking of transport
vehicles.
 Responsible to communicate and implement transportation policies and
procedures.
 Responsible to ensure and manage regulatory & safety compliance
procedures related to transportation activities such as vehicles taxes,
insurance, tracker activity including driver’s valid driving license.

Pakistan Bus service Limited. I was also one of the pioneer teammate who
launched Daewoo Rooms project in Pakistan. Successfully launched the
Daewoo Rooms in 15 cities and above 50 hotels.

 Selecting and negotiating with owners/management of the hotels to be
part of our Daewoo Rooms chain.
