Task Details
1. Review the pre-filled Identified Risks and Suggested Controls. Ensure that they are correct and applicable to this site and task. Cross out anything that does not apply.
2. Add any Risks that you identified during your pre-starts or safety checks. Use the Risk Matrix to the right of this text to determine the Score and then determine the appropriate control.
Next, reassess the hazard to determine the residual risk if controls are established. Enter the score in the “R-Risk” (Residual Risk) column.
3. If you get stuck, use the pre-completed parts of the TA as examples.

Step Task
1 In case of falls from ladder, do not move person unless in danger to reduce risk of compounding injury.
