Coland Systems Technology, Inc., under the direct supervision of ROCKY SABAL
RCrim, MPA CE College of Criminal Justice Education (Delta Company), led by Platoon
Leader Hamiden B. Esmail. We are divided into four squad. We are the first squad, we
are assigned to the Prevention Station in the White House Fire Station and arrived at
07:40 in the morning; when we enter to the station we introduce ourselves and then
after FO1 Tahir, FO1 EDSLA and FO Bunagan discussed the fire extinguisher and 10
phases of firefighting operations, and after that we went to the Bureau of Fire Sub-
Station, FO1 Napoles introduce us to FO3 Mama, she discussed how to prevent fire,
procedure in issuance of FSIC/FSEC at exactly 1130, together with SFO3 Ceparada,
who conducted an actual inspection at the Robinson's Mall of Alnor.

In the afternoon, 1300 at NDU the Delta company assisted in the BFP Firefighter's
Challenge event together with the different Law Enforcement Agencies and Criminology
School in Cotabato, The Delta Company Divide into 4 group to assist every stations and
at exactly 1630 hours we dismissed.

Leader Hamiden B. Esmail, arrived at the Bureau of Fire Protection, Cotabato Central
Fire Station, on March 10, 2023 at 07:40 in the morning, we are instructed to join the
Fire Expo, we put the PPE and picture booth on the fire truck, we arrived at the City Mall
at 08:30 in the morning because there was quite a bit of traffic, after arriving we
unloaded everything, we helped and assisted the personnel, we cut hair of apparatus
names to be attached directly to the equipment. Then, we waited for the guests, we
encouraged them with a free blood pressure check up, and they can try the PPEs and
ask about the equipment used by the firefighters, they can try the rappelling but before
that we were grouped by SFO4 Arduo in two teams to assist.

When the afternoon came we got busier because more guests were coming, we also
got busy and helped to assist, by 0500 in the afternoon Deputy sir Lachika called us to
be dismissed.

Fire Station, on March 13, 2023 at 07:30 in the morning, we are formed to join to the
turn over of command by fire personnel after that we go to the station where we are
assign per squad, we the first squad stay at the central station but we didn't meet the
assign fire officer to lecture us because they have a meeting. In the afternoon, SF01
TALAVER lecture us about the types of PPEs or Personal Protective Equipment and
SCBA or the Self Contained Breathing Apparatus and after FO1 ULONG discussed the
Phases in Fire Fighting and the classification of fire, when we done the lecture we
conduct the actual hose rolling and hose throwing together with the RVM Intern, after
we are dismissed.

Heights Fire Sub-Station on March 17, 2023. FO1 ANDAO, FO3 MAHILUM and SFO1
KINAZO let us join go to the Kalanganan specifically at San Pablo to observe the
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council performed by the barangay officials, on
what and how the proper rescue, they are divided to three groups by performing the
said activity we just watch and observe and take some pictures, after that the fire
personnel answers the some questions coming from the barangay officials and they
give certificate to them, after we dismissed since it's half day.

arrived at the Aviation Security Unit BAR Station. We joined on the Flag Ceremony of
the AVSEU Group together with the St. Benedict College of Parang (Criminology
Intern), they welcomed us, and gave us instructions after that we clean the area.

In the afternoon, Police Executive Master Sergeant NORELYN ARDINA tour us inside
the Cotabato Airport together with the other school, she taught us what are the every
station task after that, all male are instructed to start their duty in every station while us
female we are given a lecture by a Pastor about healthy living lifestyle and gave us
advice.

formation, while in the formation we are taught about the Cardinal Rules using a
firearms, after that we conduct the actual assemble and disassemble of short firearms
(Canik, Taurus, Tesas and Glock) and in the afternoon other male are assigned in every
station.

arrived at the Aviation Security Unit BAR Station. While in the formation Police

that all female should be deploy in order for us experience the work in every stations,
we go to the designated area I'm with my co-intern Geralla, we are assigned to the Pre-
Arrival Station, we assist the other passengers and greet them and observe the area.

arrived at the Aviation Security Unit BAR Station. We cannot join on the flag ceremony
due to the bad weather, we just stay and wait for the rain to stop.

In the afternoon, all female clean the office area and then Police Lieutenant Colonel
RIVERA gave us some lecture about the investigation since he is the one have the
expertise when it comes to investigation. After the lecture, around 1500 we are taught
how to assemble and disassemble the long firearm by Patrolman MARCUSand after
that we dismissed.

March 29, 2023, Wednesday.

The Delta Company, College of Criminal Justice Education of Coland Systems

Technology College, that is assigned at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology
(BJMP). Intern Unit for Criminology Under Sir Rocky A Sabal Rcrim MPA CE's direct
leadership.

Led by Platoon Leader Hamiden B. Esmail, they arrived at the Bureau of Jail
Management and Penology at exactly 0730, March 29, 2023, And they had a formation
at exactly 0800, Afterthat their platoon leader designated them to their respective areas
in the Alpha Hamiden and Hummah are assigned at the entrance of BJMP to assist the
visitors and listed the items that would be given by their loved ones of the PDL's , in
Bravo Dagedeban and Ukat they stood guard outside the jail along with BJMP
personnel, in Charlie Larc and Balabaran, they roaming around the jail to check if there
is something wrong, in foxtrat, Alfonso and Geralla they stood guard outside the
women's jail along with BJMP personnel and in admin Kristel and Giscelle they
assigned at the admin office. We had dismissed at exactly 1530.

March 31 2023, Friday. The Delta Company College of Criminal Justice Education of
Coland Systems Technology College, that is assigned at Bureau of Jail Management

SABAL RCrim, MPA CE College of Criminal Justice Education (Delta Company), led by
Platoon Leader Hamiden B Esmail, They arrived at the Bureau of Jail Management and
Penology at exactly 0735 hours , March 31, 2023. And they formed a line at exactly
8:00am after that they went to our designated post after that in 0900 SJO1 Ernesto S
Sansano Jr Conducted lecture about Correctional Administration, and he gave some
questions in the board exam, together with the intern of Pacheco, We returned to our
post to continue our duty. We had dismissed at exactly 1550.

Coland Systems Technology College, that is assigned at Bureau of Jail Management

of the PDLs , In Bravo Kamama and Severo they stood guard outside the jail along with
BJMP personnel, In (Charlie) Hamiden and Dagedeban, they roaming around the jail to
check area, In (Foxtrat), Balabaran and Geralla they stood guard outside the women's
jail along with BJMP personnel and In (Admin) Kristel and Giscelle they assigned at the
admin office they arranged Carpeta and they continue their duty until afternoon.

April 5 2023, Wednesday The Delta Company, College of Criminal Justice Education of
Coland Systems Technology College, that is assigned at Bureau of Jail Management
and Penology (BJMP) Intern Unit of Criminology under the direct supervision of Sir
Rocky A Sabal Rcrim MPA CE. They went to their respective areas to report duty, and
in Alpha Squad, they assigned at the entrance of BJMP and JO1 FLORES. They were
taught to assemble guns, In Bravo Squad, they observed and guard outside the jail
along with BJMP personnel. In Charlie Squad, they do the daily roaming in the morning.
In Faxtrat, they observed and guard outside the woman's jail along with BJMP
personnel. After that, in the afternoon, JO1 FLORES and JO1 PANTILLO teach how to
do proper reporting and proper execution of the Facing Movement.

April 12 2023, Wednesday The Delta Company, College of Criminal Justice Education
of Coland Systems Technology College, that is assigned at Bureau of Jail Management
and Penology (BJMP) Intern Unit of Criminology under the direct supervision of Sir
Rocky A Sabal Rcrim MPA CE. They arrived at the Bureau of Jail Management and
Penology at exactly 0750 hours , April 12, 2023, at exactly 0800 hours they formed a
line in front of Jail Facility, after that they went to their designated area to report a duty.
As usual, they did their duties. In the admin office they helped fix the Carpeta, and the
one assigned outside the male and female dormitories kept watch outside the jail, as did
the one assigned to the outside of the jail facility, and they helped to assist and inspect
items to be brought into the jail facility.
