Responsibilities:
• Defining new program’s objectives, activities including critical activities and timelines.
• Reviewing and analysing the efficacy of various processes and workflows of the existing
programs.
• Supporting company in building new strategic partnerships in line with company’s vision.
• Defining the roles and responsibilities for all relevant stakeholders involved in a program.
• Ability to think out of the box and have multidimensional approach in day-to-day work.
• Proactively monitoring program’s progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate
corrective actions.
• Managing the program's budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and
realised benefits as the program progresses.
• Highlighting critical issues that may need urgent attention of senior managers.
• Regularly interacting with all stakeholders for efficient run of the program and sharing
regular reports to all key stakeholders on the program status
• Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the
programs are identified.
Skills:
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Excellent knowledge of working with power points and excel
