Disqualification from making a will

- No one. But T must have all the qualifications

- Handicapped testators blind – read by two persons. 1 witness, 1 notary public
Deaf/mute but is able to read and write – read the will

There is no prohibition for a spouse to be a witness to a will.

Witnesses are required to sign at the end of the attestation clause, and on every marginal page except
the last.

Codicils

- A small will
- Must have all the requisites of a will
- Interpret the two wills together
- Purpose is either to modify, amend, add, or explain the original will
