NOTES WHILE FILLING THE FORM:


1. ORGANIZATIONAL HIERARCHY
The organizational hierarchy is the pictorial representation of the work flow structure. The
Organizational hierarchy should provide clear description about the chain of command that
you were under while doing the project. It should give clear information regarding who was
your immediate supervisor and the people working on your command along with your
colleague.
2. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities that you should mention in this form should reflect the engineering
activities that you have performed while working in the project. While daily activities of
meetings, conferences, work regulation do comprise of engineers job, but while writing the
career episodes, it is important to portray the core engineering tasks that you handled while
working in that project. After you write the responsibilities, it is recommended to explain
each responsibilities in three to four lines so that we can have a clear cut idea about your
engineering task. This will enhance the quality of the career episodes.
3. TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY
In this section, you should write the aspects of project where you encountered an unexpected
engineering problem and subsequently provide the methods/ways you adopted while solving
the problem thus encountered. While the daily obstruction faced, schedule lapse etc are also a
part of problem faced in any engineering project, this is not to be mentioned here.
4. CODES/ETHICS
In this section you should provide detail about any engineering codes such as Indian
standards, Australian Standards etc. you have followed in the project.
