ANNUAL EXAMINATION (2022-2023)
CLASS – IX - XI
INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLWED BY STUDENTS DURING EXAMINATION:

1) Examination Time :
• For Main Subject :10:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• For Additional Subject :10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
2) After 10:00 AM students will not be permitted to enter in school campus.
3) If students are caught with any unfair means in any exam, they will not be allowed for any
further exams.
4) You have to bring transparent water bottles, transparent examination pad and transparent pen
or pencil box during the examination time.
5) Smart watches are not allowed during the examination time and if found it won't be returned.
6) When you will get inside the allotted class room you have to be without your bags and
books. (It should be kept outside the class).
7) You should be in proper school uniform during the examination time in school campus.
8) Girls are asked to do two plates even during exam days.
9) Before the examination you are not allowed to go and meet any of the teachers inside the
school campus.
10) Any malpractices during the examination hours will be taken seriously and the action will be
taken by the Principal.
11) For any major issues regarding the examination you can contact the Exam Committee in the
control room.
