Department of Computer Science & Engineering presided over the meeting.

1. Arrange a Workshop for CSE students
□ Decision(s):
1.
a. A committee is recommended consisting of the following members to organize the
workshop for CSE students.
1. Mrs. Busrat Jahan, Lecturer, CSE : Convener
2. Mr. Bahar Uddin Mahmud, Lecturer, CSE : Member
3. Taslima Akter, LTO, CSE : Member
b. Proposed date to organize the worksop is 18 February 2019.
c. Recommended title is “Workshop on Programming Skill Development for CSE
students”.
d. The resource persons would be two senior skilled students from CUET. The meeting
recommended to registrar approximate 50 students by taking a nominal fee.
e. The committee will take all necessary initiatives to successfully organize the
workshop.

Finally the meeting was ended by having thanks from and to the chair.
